Claims (26)
- 空気の流れを生じさせる羽根なし送風機組立体であって、前記送風機組立体は、ノズルであって、前記ノズルを通る空気流を生じさせる手段を収容する基部に取り付けられたノズルを有し、前記ノズルは、前記基部から前記空気流を受け入れる内部通路と、前記空気流を放出するとともに、前記ノズルの第1の向かい合った表面及び第2の向かい合った表面によって構成された口と、前記ノズルの向かい合った表面を離間保持するスペーサ手段とを有し、前記ノズルは、前記口から放出された前記空気流により空気を前記送風機組立体の外部から引き込むように通す開口部を構成し、
前記スペーサ手段は、前記第1の向かい合った表面と一体であり、
前記ノズルの前記向かい合った表面のうちの一方は、前記向かい合った表面のうちの他方に向かって付勢され、それにより前記スペーサ手段は、前記第2の向かい合った表面に接触して前記向かい合った表面を離間保持する、送風機組立体。 - 前記ノズルは、前記開口部を構成するよう軸線回りに延び、前記スペーサ手段は、前記軸線回りに角度間隔を置き、好ましくは前記軸線回りに等角度間隔を置いた複数のスペーサから成る、請求項1記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、前記軸線回りに実質的に円筒形に延びている、請求項2記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、前記軸線の方向に少なくとも5cmの距離だけ延びている、請求項2又は3記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、前記軸線回りに30cm〜180cmの距離だけ延びている、請求項2、3又は4記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記スペーサ手段は、複数のスペーサから成り、前記スペーサの数は、5〜50である、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、ループを構成している、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、実質的に環状である、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、少なくとも部分的に円形である、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルは、前記内部通路及び前記口を画定する少なくとも1つの壁を有し、前記少なくとも1つの壁は、前記口を構成する前記向かい合った表面を有する、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記口は、出口を有し、前記口の前記出口における前記向かい合った表面間の間隔は、0.5mm〜10mmである、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記ノズルを通る空気流を生じさせる前記手段は、モータにより駆動されるインペラから成る、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の送風機組立体。
- 空気流を生じさせる前記手段は、DCブラシレスモータと、混流インペラとから成る、請求項12記載の送風機組立体。
- 空気流を生じさせる羽根なし送風機組立体用のノズルであって、前記ノズルは、空気流を受け入れる内部通路と、前記空気流を放出するよう通す口とを有し、前記口は、前記ノズルの第1の向かい合った表面及び第2の向かい合った表面により画定され、前記ノズルは、前記ノズルの前記向かい合った表面を離間保持するスペーサ手段を更に有し、前記ノズルは、前記口から放出された前記空気流により空気を前記送風機組立体の外部から引き込むようにする開口部を構成し、前記スペーサ手段は、前記第1の向かい合った表面と一体であり、前記ノズルの前記向かい合った表面のうちの一方は、前記向かい合った表面のうちの他方に向かって付勢され、それにより前記スペーサ手段は、前記第2の向かい合った表面に接触して前記向かい合った表面を離間保持する、ノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記口に隣接して設けられたコアンダ面を有し、前記口は、前記空気流を前記コアンダ面上にこれに沿って差し向けるよう配置されている、請求項14記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記コアンダ面の下流側に設けられたディフューザを有する、請求項14又は15記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記開口部を構成するよう軸線回りに延び、前記スペーサ手段は、前記軸線回りに角度間隔を置き、好ましくは前記軸線回りに等角度間隔を置いた複数のスペーサから成る、請求項14〜16のいずれか一に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記軸線回りに実質的に円筒形に延びている、請求項17記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記軸線の方向に少なくとも5cmの距離だけ延びている、請求項17又は請求項18記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記軸線回りに30cm〜180cmの距離だけ延びている、請求項17,18又は19記載のノズル。
