Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る送受信回路を示す図である。この送受信回路は、高周波信号を受信する複数のアンテナ11a〜11eと、局部発振信号を発生させる局部発振器12と、局部発振信号を増幅させる電力増幅器13と、増幅させた局部発振信号を分割するカップラ14と、複数のアンテナ11a〜11eにそれぞれ接続され、局部発振器12から入力した局部発振信号に応じて、対応するアンテナからの高周波信号の周波数を変換する複数のミキサ15a〜15eと、局部発振器12が発生した局部発振信号を複数のミキサ15a〜15eの何れか1つに入力させるスイッチ16とを有する。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る送受信回路を示す図である。この送受信回路では、スイッチ16に送信回路用のポートを加えている。そして、スイッチ16は、局部発振器12が発生した局部発振信号を複数のミキサ15a〜15eの何れか1つ又は送信回路に入力させる。即ち、スイッチ16により、受信チャンネル及び送受信を切り替える。その他の構成は実施の形態1と同様である。これにより、実施の形態1と同様に受信チャンネルを切り替えることに加え、受信モードと送信モードを切り替えることもできる。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る送受信回路において、ミキサが2つの場合のスイッチとミキサを示す回路図である。スイッチ16は、バイアスを印加するスイッチング端子31a,31bと、局部発振器12とミキサ15a,15bとの間にそれぞれ設けられた伝送線路35a,35bと、伝送線路35a,35bとミキサ15a,15bとの接続点と接地点との間にそれぞれ設けられたスイッチング素子であるトランジスタ36a,36bと、一端がスイッチング端子31a,31bに接続され、他端がトランジスタ36a,36bのゲートに接続されたRFチョーク33a,33bとを有する。そして、伝送線路35a,35bは、局部発振信号の波長の1/4の長さを持つ。ここで、ミキサ15a、15bはハーモニックミキサであり、局部発振信号の周波数は高周波信号の周波数の1/2であるので、伝送線路35a,35bは、高周波信号の波長の1/2の長さを持つ。

Claims (4)
- 高周波信号を受信する複数のアンテナと、
局部発振信号を発生させる局部発振器と、
前記複数のアンテナにそれぞれ接続され、前記局部発振器から入力した局部発振信号に応じて、対応するアンテナからの前記高周波信号の周波数を変換する複数のミキサと、
前記局部発振器が発生した局部発振信号を前記複数のミキサの何れか1つに入力させるスイッチとを有し、
前記スイッチは、
前記局部発振器と前記複数のミキサとの間にそれぞれ設けられ、前記局部発振信号の波長の1/4の長さを持つ複数の伝送線路と、
前記複数の伝送線路と前記複数のミキサとの接続点と接地点との間にそれぞれ設けられた複数のスイッチング素子とを有し、
前記スイッチにより、受信チャンネルを切り替えることを特徴とする送受信回路。 - 前記複数のスイッチング素子はダイオードからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信回路。
- 前記複数のスイッチング素子はトランジスタからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信回路。
- 前記複数のスイッチング素子はMEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems)スイッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信回路。
