Claims (2)
- 転炉を用いて大気圧下で溶銑に脱炭精錬を施し、続いて前記脱炭精錬によって得られた溶鋼を、RH真空脱ガス装置、DH真空脱ガス装置、VOD炉からなる真空脱ガス設備のうちの何れかの真空脱ガス設備を用いて減圧下で脱炭精錬して、炭素濃度が0.02〜0.06質量%の低炭素アルミキルド鋼を溶製するに際し、前記転炉では溶鋼中の炭素濃度が0.07〜0.12質量%になるまで脱炭精錬し、脱炭精錬終了後はアルミニウムによる溶鋼の脱酸を実施しないまま前記真空脱ガス設備に搬送し、真空脱ガス設備では、雰囲気中のCOガス分圧が、溶鋼中の炭素濃度が0.02〜0.06質量%で且つ酸素濃度が0.015質量%以下となる炭素と酸素との平衡関係の範囲である、大気圧よりも低い雰囲気下の溶鋼に酸素ガスを吹き付けて真空脱炭精錬を行い、炭素濃度が0.02〜0.06質量%、且つ、酸素濃度が0.015質量%以下の溶鋼を溶製し、その後、溶鋼にアルミニウムを添加して脱酸することを特徴とする、低炭素アルミキルド鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記溶銑は、脱燐処理が施された溶銑であり、前記転炉では、マンガン鉱石を装入し、マンガン鉱石を還元しながら溶銑の脱炭精錬を行なうことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低炭素アルミキルド鋼の溶製方法。
