Description
(B)アラミド紙とPET系フィルムとを高い温度、圧力で熱接着積層一体化したもの(例えば特許文献1参照)。このものは、m-アラミド紙と二軸延伸PETフィルムを重ね合わせ、温度220〜250℃、線圧50kg/cm以上の条件で加圧・加熱し、熱接着により積層一体化したアラミド積層体である。
従来では考えられない低温度(90℃以上、200℃以下)での、アラミド紙同士の熱融着性、あるいはアラミド紙とポリエステル系フィルム(融点が約260℃)との間での熱融着性を付与するものと推測される。
層間接着力は、JIS C6481に準拠し、幅10mmの試料の90度剥離力を、引張り試験機を用いて、引張り速度50mm/分で測定した。
評価は、(判定)は、剥離力が、1N/cm〜0.5N/cmであれば、実用レベル以上とし良好(○)と判定し、剥離力が1N/cm以上であれば、特に良好(◎)と判定した。剥離力が0.5N/cm〜0.2N/cmであれば、普通(△)と判定し、剥離力が0.1N/cm以下であれば、不可(×)と判定した。
幅11mm、長さ30cmに切断した試料を、自動折り曲げ機(自社製)に挿入し、折り曲げ加工を行い、曲げ加工性を評価した。評価は、折り曲げ部における、「浮き」、「はがれ」等の外観変化の有無を目視により判断した。判定基準は、「浮き」、「はがれ」などなく実用レベルにあるものを合格(○)とし、「浮き」、「はがれ」が一部でも発生し、商品とならないものを不可(×)とした。
Claims (1)
- アラミドフィブリッド及びアラミド短繊維を主体として紙状に形成されたアラミド紙とポリエステル系フィルムとを積層一体化したアラミド−ポリエステル積層体であって、
前記アラミド紙は、
紙表面が、内部電極方式の低温プラズマ処理機により、30W・min/m2 ないし1500W・min/m2の範囲の強度で低温プラズマ処理されていることにより、低温プラズマ処理後の紙表面における酸素原子(O)と炭素原子(C)との原子数の組成比X(O/C)が、原子数比率の理論値の120%以上、250%以下の範囲にあり、同種アラミド紙又はポリエステル系フィルムとの間で、90℃以上、200℃以下の範囲の温度にて直接的に熱接合可能な性質を有し、
前記アラミド紙を、前記ポリエステル系フィルムの少なくとも片面に、90℃以上、200℃以下の範囲の温度にて直接熱接合したことを特徴とするアラミド−ポリエステル積層体。
