Claims (5)
- 複数の整流素子と放熱板とを含む整流装置が内蔵された車両用交流発電機において、
前記放熱板は、整流素子が圧入される打ち込み孔を有しており、
前記整流素子は、半導体ペレットと、この半導体ペレットが凹部の内側底面に半田付けされるディスクとを含んで構成されており、
前記半導体ペレットが半田付けされる前記ディスクの面は前記放熱板の厚さ範囲内に設定され、前記ディスクの前記放熱板への圧入範囲が前記ディスクの底面から前記半導体ペレットが半田付けされる面までの範囲内に設定されており、
前記ディスクと前記放熱板が対向する部位の非圧入部の前記放熱板側には隙間が形成されており、
前記放熱板に圧入される前記ディスクの外周面には、前記放熱板への圧入長さを越えてローレット加工面が形成されていることを特徴とする車両用交流発電機。 - 請求項1において、
前記ディスクと前記放熱板が対向する部位の放熱板側圧入部は、機械加工が施されていることを特徴とする車両用交流発電機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記隙間は、前記ディスクおよび前記放熱板とは異なる材料で充填されていることを特徴とする車両用交流発電機。 - 請求項3において、
前記隙間に充填される材料は、低弾性材料であることを特徴とする車両用交流発電機。 - 請求項3または4において、
前記隙間に充填される材料は、良好な熱伝導性を有することを特徴とする車両用交流発電機。
