Description
第1の実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、二輪車等の車両に配設されて任意にエンジンの駆動力をミッションや駆動輪側へ伝達し又は遮断するためのもので、図1に示すように、入力部材としてのギア1が形成されたクラッチハウジング2と、出力部材としてのシャフト3と連結されたクラッチ部材4と、該クラッチ部材4の同図中右端側に取り付けられたプレッシャ部材5と、クラッチハウジング2側に連結された駆動側クラッチ板6及びクラッチ部材4側に連結された被動側クラッチ板7、及び係合部材12a及び第2の係合部材12bとから主に構成されている。
本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、第1の実施形態と同様、二輪車等の車両に配設されて任意にエンジンの駆動力をミッションや駆動輪側へ伝達し又は遮断するためのもので、図8に示すように、一方のカム面13(カム面13a、13b)が形成されたクラッチ部材4”と、他方のカム面14(カム面14a、14b)が形成されたプレッシャ部材5’とを有して構成されている。尚、クラッチハウジング2や駆動側クラッチ板6、被動側クラッチ板7といった他の構成要素は、第1の実施形態と同様であるため、図示及び説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 入力部材と共に回転するクラッチハウジングと、
該クラッチハウジングに配置され、当該クラッチハウジングと共に回転し得る複数の駆動側クラッチ板と、
該駆動側クラッチ板と交互に配置され、当該駆動側クラッチ板と圧接又は離間可能な複数の被動側クラッチ板と、
該被動側クラッチ板が側面に配置されるとともに、出力部材と連結された略円筒状のクラッチ部材と、
前記被動側クラッチ板と駆動側クラッチ板とを任意に圧接又は離間させ得るプレッシャ部材と、
互いに対峙する傾斜面から成る一方のカム面及び他方のカム面で構成されるとともに、前記入力部材に入力された回転力が出力部材に伝達され得る状態となったときに前記駆動側クラッチ板と被動側クラッチ板との圧接力を増加させるための圧接アシスト用カム、または出力部材の回転が入力部材の回転数を上回ったときに前記駆動側クラッチ板と被動側クラッチ板との離間を行わせるバックトルクリミッタ用カムと、
を具備した動力伝達装置において、
前記圧接アシスト用カムまたはバックトルクリミッタ用カムの一方のカム面は、前記クラッチ部材の周縁に沿って延設されるとともに、その延設方向または幅方向にクラウニングが形成され、且つ、当該一方のカム面と他方のカム面との当接箇所の断面形状は、当該一方のカム面が円弧状とされつつ他方のカム面が直線状とされたことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記一方のカム面は、前記クラッチ部材の周縁を切欠いて形成されるとともに、当該一方のカム面と対峙する他方のカム面は、前記プレッシャ部材から一体的に突出形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記一方のカム面及びその近傍を前記クラッチ部材またはプレッシャ部材とは別部材にて形成し、当該別部材をクラッチ部材またはプレッシャ部材に固定させて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の動力伝達装置。
