Description
図1に、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る内燃機関の状態判定装置であるエンジンECU(Electronic Control Unit)で制御されるエンジンシステムの概略構成図を示す。なお、図1には、エンジンとして直列4気筒ガソリンエンジンを示すが、本発明はこのようなエンジンに限定されるものではなく、V型6気筒エンジン、V型8気筒エンジンなど、種々の形式のエンジンに適用可能である。
なお、学習値の算出方法については、公知の一般的な技術を利用すればよいため、ここではそのさらなる詳細な説明は繰返さない。
図10および図11を参照して、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。本実施の形態においては、前述の第1の実施の形態とは異なるマップを用いて、DI比率rを算出する。
Claims (5)
- 筒内に燃料を噴射するための第1の燃料噴射手段と吸気通路内に燃料を噴射するための第2の燃料噴射手段とを備えた内燃機関の状態判定装置であって、
第1の噴射領域では前記第1の燃料噴射手段のみから燃料が噴射されるように、前記第1の燃料噴射手段および前記第2の燃料噴射手段を制御するための第1の制御手段と、
第2の噴射領域では前記第2の燃料噴射手段のみから燃料が噴射されるように、前記第1の燃料噴射手段および前記第2の燃料噴射手段を制御するための第2の制御手段と、
第3の噴射領域では前記第1の燃料噴射手段および前記第2の燃料噴射手段から燃料が噴射されるように、前記第1の燃料噴射手段および前記第2の燃料噴射手段を制御するための第3の制御手段と、
前記内燃機関に吸入される空気量を検知するための吸入空気量検知手段と、
燃料噴射量を、空気量に基づいて算出するための手段と、
空燃比を検知するための手段と、
空燃比が理論空燃比よりもリーンである場合に増大し、空燃比が理論空燃比よりもリッチである場合に減少するように、前記燃料噴射量の補正量を算出するための手段と、
前記第1の噴射領域、前記第2の噴射領域および前記第3の噴射領域の少なくともいずれか2つの噴射領域において、前記補正量が第1の判定値より小さいか、または前記補正量が前記第1の判定値よりも大きい第2の判定値よりも大きいかを判定するための第1の判定手段と、
前記第1の判定手段による判定結果に基づいて、前記吸入空気量検知手段の状態を判定するための第2の判定手段とを含み、
前記第2の判定手段は、前記第1の噴射領域、前記第2の噴射領域および前記第3の噴射領域の少なくともいずれか1つの領域において、前記補正量が前記第1の判定値より小さいか、または前記補正量が前記第2の判定値よりも大きいと判定された回数が、予め定められた回数よりも少ない場合、前記吸入空気量検知手段が正常であると判定するための手段を含む、内燃機関の状態判定装置。 - 前記第2の判定手段は、前記第1の判定手段により前記補正量が前記第1の判定値より小さいか、または前記補正量が前記第2の判定値よりも大きいかが判定された全ての噴射領域において、前記補正量が前記第1の判定値より小さいか、または前記補正量が前記第2の判定値よりも大きいと判定された回数が、予め定められた回数よりも多い場合、前記吸入空気量検知手段が異常であると判定するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の状態判定装置。
- 前記状態判定装置は、
前記燃料噴射量に基づいて、燃料の噴射時間を算出するための手段と、
前記第1の判定手段により前記補正量が前記第1の判定値より小さいか、または前記補正量が前記第2の判定値よりも大きいと判定された回数が、予め定められた回数よりも多い噴射領域において、算出された噴射時間と予め定められた時間との偏差が、予め定められた偏差より大きい場合、前記燃料噴射手段が異常であると判定するための第3の判定手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の状態判定装置。 - 前記第1の燃料噴射手段は、筒内噴射用インジェクタであって、
前記第2の燃料噴射手段は、吸気通路用インジェクタである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の状態判定装置。 - 前記吸入空気量検知手段は、エアフローメータである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の状態判定装置。
