Claims (1)
- 排気系を備えた内燃機関から排出される排ガスを浄化する内燃機関の排ガス浄化装置であって、
前記排気系に設けられ、排ガス中のNOxを吸収するNOx吸収触媒と、
前記排気系の前記NOx吸収触媒よりも上流側に設けられ、排ガスを酸化することにより浄化する酸化触媒と、
前記NOx吸収触媒に吸収されたNOxを還元するために、前記内燃機関で燃焼されるガスの空燃比を、所定時間、理論空燃比よりもリッチな目標空燃比になるように制御するリッチ化手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、
前記目標空燃比を、前記検出された内燃機関の運転状態に応じて、理論空燃比よりもリッチな所定の第1空燃比、および当該第1空燃比よりもリッチな所定の第2空燃比の一方に決定する目標空燃比決定手段と、
前記酸化触媒の劣化度合を検出する劣化度合検出手段と、
前記決定された目標空燃比が前記第1空燃比のときに、前記検出された酸化触媒の劣化度合に応じて前記目標空燃比をリーン側に補正するとともに、前記目標空燃比が前記第2空燃比のときに、前記酸化触媒の劣化度合に応じて前記所定時間を減少側に補正する補正手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の排ガス浄化装置。
