Description
Claims (7)
- スクリュを回転させて計量を行う際における射出成形機の計量制御方法において、予め、計量終了位置に対応する終了目標位置及びスクリュを回転させる回転速度パターンと、スクリュが後退する仮想の後退速度パターンを設定するとともに、計量時に、所定時間間隔毎に検出したスクリュ位置から前記終了目標位置でスクリュの回転を停止させる残りの回転速度パターンを演算により予測し、かつこの回転速度パターンに基づいてスクリュを前記計量終了位置まで回転制御するとともに、所定時間間隔毎に検出したスクリュの後退速度から前記終了目標位置でスクリュの後退を停止させる残りの後退速度パターンを演算により予測し、かつこの後退速度パターンに基づいてスクリュを前記計量終了位置まで後退制御し、スクリュが前記計量終了位置に達したならスクリュの回転及び後退を停止させるとともに、この後、スクリュを当該計量終了位置に位置決め制御しつつ予め設定した一定回転量だけ逆回転制御することを特徴とする射出成形機の計量制御方法。
- 前記終了目標位置は、前記計量終了位置に所定距離を付加した位置を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量制御方法。
- 前記スクリュを後退制御するに際し、スクリュに対する背圧及びスクリュの後退速度に対するリミット値を設定するとともに、残りの後退速度パターンの予測時における背圧制御を行う圧力制御量又は前記計量終了位置に対して位置制御を行う位置制御量のいずれか小さい制御量を選択して、スクリュを後退制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量制御方法。
- 前記一定回転量は、30〜120〔゜〕の角度範囲から選定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量制御方法。
- 成形材料として非晶性樹脂材料に適用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量制御方法。
- 前記回転速度パターンには、少なくとも、スクリュの回転速度が一定となる定速区間とこの定速区間の終端から所定の減速率により減速する減速区間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量制御方法。
- 前記後退速度パターンには、少なくとも、スクリュの後退速度が一定となる定速区間とこの定速区間の終端から所定の減速率により減速する減速区間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の射出成形機の計量制御方法。
