Claims (13)
- 스크루를 회전시키기 위한 구동원과, 상기 구동원을 제어하기 위한 제어기를 갖고, 상기 제어기는 계량공정에서의 스크루 회전속도로서 미리 설정된 회전속도 N을 갖는 사출성형기의 스크루구동을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 회전속도 K에 대하여 미리 설정된 비율 K로 규정되는 회전속도 Nk에 도달할 때까지는 제1가속도 A1으로 상기 스크루를 회전시키는 제1회전단계와,상기 제1가속도 A1보다 큰 제2가속도 A2로 상기 회전속도 N에 도달할 때까지 상기 스크루를 회전시키는 제2회전단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2회전단계는 상기 제어기를 사용하여 상기 구동원을 제어하는 것을 포함하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동원의 서보모터의 회전속도를 검출하여 상기 스크루의 회전속도를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전속도 N을 이용하여 계량공정개시로부터 회전속도 Nk에 도달할 때까지의 시간 간격 T1을 계산하고, 이 계산된 시간 간격 T1 동안에 상기 스크루를 제1가속도 A1으로 회전시키도록 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 스크루를 회전시키기 위한 제1구동원과, 사출축을 통하여 상기 스크루를 축방향으로 이동시키기 위한 제2구동원과, 상기 스크루의 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치검출기와, 상기 위치검출기로부터 검출된 검출치에 따라 상기 제1구동원을 제어하기 위한 제어기를 갖는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동을 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 스크루가 계량공정의 개시시 및 완료시에 회전할 설정치로서 미리 설정된 회전속도 Ns,Ne를 설정하는 설정공정과,상기 회전속도 Ns,Ne와 상기 위치검출기로부터 검출된 검출치에 의해 계량공정의 개시시로부터 완료시까지의 상기 스크루의 회전속도를 보간하는 보간공정과,상기 회전속도 Ns,Ne와 상기 위치검출기로부터 검출된 검출치에 의해 계량공정의 개시시로부터 완료시까지의 상기 스크루의 회전속도를 제어하는 제어공정을 포함하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어공정은 제1구동원을 형성하는 서보모터의 회전속도를 제어하는 공정을 포함하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보간공정은 상기 회전속도 Ns,Ne를 이용한 위치검출치와 각각 상기 계량공정의 초기 및 종료시의 스크루위치 Ss,Se에 따라 상기 계량공정의 개시시로부터 완료시까지의 상기 스크루의 회전속도를 보간하는 공정을 포함하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 계량공정 초기의 스크루위치 Ss는 상기 스크루의 회전속도가 회전속도 Ns에 도달하였을 때의 상기 스크루의 위치에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미리 설정된 비율에 따라 계량공정 초기의 스크루위치 Ss와 계량공정 완료시의 스크루위치 Se 사이의 위치 S1을 결정하고,상기 스크루가 상기 스크루위치 Ss로부터 위치 S1에 도달할 때까지는 회전속도가 Ns가 되도록 상기 제어기가 제어하고, 상기 스크루가 위치 S1에 도달하면 상기 제어기가 보간하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어공정은 선형제어함수에 의해서 상기 회전속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어공정은 연속변수방법에 의하여 상기 회전속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어공정은 선형제어함수에 의해서 상기 계량공정의개시시로부터 완료시까지의 상기 회전속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어공정은 연속변수방법에 의하여 상기 계량공정의 개시시로부터 완료시까지의 상기 회전속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 스크루 구동 제어방법.
