図1は、実施の形態の射出成形機10の側面図である。
以上、本発明の一例として実施の形態が説明されたが、上記実施の形態に、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることはもちろんである。その様な変更または改良を加えた形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得ることが、特許請求の範囲の記載から明らかである。
実施の形態では、樹脂の圧力の変化に影響を与える物理量が複数考えられることを説明した。第2センサ部40は、圧力の変化に影響を与える複数の種類の物理量を検出してもよい。また、それに応じて、変換式は適宜変更されてもよい。
減圧回転情報は、必要に応じて内容が適宜変更されてもよい。例えば、実施の形態では、減圧回転情報にスクリュ22の逆回転時の回転角度および回転速度の両方が含まれることとして説明した。予測部42は、減圧回転情報として、回転角度および回転速度のうちの一方のみを予測してもよい。その場合、計量制御部36は、回転角度および回転速度のうちの他方を所定の設定値として、減圧処理を実行してもよい。
計量制御部36は、スクリュ22を順回転させながら後退させた後、所定の回転速度および所定の回転角度の少なくとも一方を含んだ仮回転情報に基づいて所定の時間だけスクリュ22を逆回転させてもよい。その場合に、計量制御部36は、所定の時間だけスクリュ22を逆回転させた後は予測部42が予測した減圧回転情報に基づいてスクリュ22を逆回転させてもよい。
図5は、変形例4の制御装置18’の概略構成図である。
予測部42は、減圧回転情報の予測を、計量が行われる度に実行しなくてもよい。例えば、樹脂の計量、減圧、および射出が一連の成形サイクルとして連続で行われる場合には、最初に行われる成形サイクルにおける計量時に予測された減圧回転情報に基づいて、二回目以降の成形サイクルを行ってもよい。
実施の形態では、インライン型の射出成形機10を説明した。第1センサ部38、第2センサ部40、および予測部42が適用され得るのは、インライン型の射出成形機10に限定されない。例えば、いわゆるプリプラ型の射出成形機においても、樹脂の計量および圧力制御を行うのであれば、本実施の形態の構成を適用することにより、樹脂の計量および圧力制御を最適に実行することができる。上記の各変形例についても同様であり、例えば変形例4の比較部44および変換式更新部46をプリプラ型の射出成形機に適用してもよい。
上記の実施の形態および各変形例は、矛盾の生じない範囲で適宜組み合わされてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂を溶融する加熱筒と、前記加熱筒内に設けられたスクリュと、を備えた射出成形機であって、
前記スクリュを前記加熱筒内で回転させる第1駆動装置と、
前記スクリュを前記加熱筒内で進退させる第2駆動装置と、
前記第1駆動装置および前記第2駆動装置を制御することで、前記スクリュを順回転させながら後退させて前記樹脂を溶融しつつ計量した後、前記スクリュを逆回転させて前記樹脂の圧力を減らす計量制御部と、
前記圧力を検出する第1センサ部と、
前記圧力の変化に影響を及ぼす1種類以上の物理量を前記射出成形機から検出する第2センサ部と、
前記第1センサ部が検出した前記圧力と前記第2センサ部が検出した1種類以上の前記物理量とに基づいて、計量した後の前記スクリュの逆回転時に、前記圧力を目標圧力まで下げる回転角度、および前記圧力の単位時間あたりの変化量を所定の量以下とする回転速度の少なくとも一方を含む減圧回転情報を予測する予測部と、

前記計量制御部は、前記予測部が予測した前記減圧回転情報に基づいて前記第1駆動装置を制御し、

前記計量制御部は、前記スクリュを順回転させながら前記スクリュを予め決められた計量位置まで後退させ、
前記予測部は、前記スクリュの後退した距離が後退開始位置と前記計量位置との間の距離の半分以上になった以降に前記第1センサ部および前記第2センサ部が検出した前記圧力および1種類以上の前記物理量に基づいて前記減圧回転情報を予測する、射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記計量制御部は、前記スクリュを順回転させながら後退させた後、所定の回転速度および所定の回転角度の少なくとも一方を含んだ仮回転情報に基づいて所定の時間だけ前記スクリュを逆回転させ、前記所定の時間だけ前記スクリュを逆回転させた後は前記予測部が予測した前記減圧回転情報に基づいて前記スクリュを逆回転させ、
前記予測部は、前記仮回転情報に基づいて前記スクリュが逆回転している間に前記第1センサ部および前記第2センサ部が検出した前記圧力および1種類以上の前記物理量に基づいて前記減圧回転情報を予測する、射出成形機。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記予測部は、所定の変換式に基づくことで、前記第1センサ部が検出した前記圧力と前記第2センサ部が検出した1種類以上の前記物理量とから前記減圧回転情報を予測し、
第1センサ部は、前記減圧回転情報に基づく前記スクリュの逆回転が行われている間の前記圧力を逐次検出し、
前記射出成形機は、
前記減圧回転情報に基づいて予測される前記圧力の変化と、その前記減圧回転情報に基づいて行われた前記スクリュの逆回転時の実際の前記圧力の変化と、を比較する比較部と、
前記比較部が行った比較に基づいて、前記予測される前記圧力の変化と前記実際の前記圧力の変化との間の偏差が最小化されるように前記変換式を更新する変換式更新部と、をさらに備える、射出成形機。
