Claims (5)
- 内部に流体が流入できる空間が提供されるケース;
前記流体を噴射することができるように前記ケースに結合され、互いに対向して配置される一対のノズルガイド装置;
前記ノズルガイド装置の間に所定間隔で複数配置される間隔調節板であって、前記ノズルガイド装置同士間の間隔を定めるとともに、隣接する各間隔調節板同士間にそれぞれ一定断面の流体通路を構成する間隔調節板;及び
前記ノズルガイド装置と前記間隔調節板とを結合する締結手段;
を含み、
前記一対のノズルガイド装置の互いに対向する部分であって、流体が噴出されるノズル端の近接位置に、流体の圧力を調節することができるように圧力調節空間がさらに備えられ、
前記流体通路は、前記ケースに提供された前記空間から延びて前記圧力調節空間で終端していることを特徴とする、平板ディスプレイ表面処理用流体噴射装置。 - 前記ケースに提供された空間に配置され、流体供給装置に連結されて流体の供給を受けることができ、一定の間隔で複数の流体排出孔が提供された管路をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ表面処理用流体噴射装置。
- 前記流体排出孔は、前記ノズルガイド装置を通じて流体が噴射される方向と反対方向に出口が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の平板ディスプレイ表面処理用流体噴射装置。
- 前記間隔調節板は、締結手段によって結合される一対のノズルガイド装置間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ表面処理用流体噴射装置。
- 前記締結手段は、ボルト及びナット結合またはネジ結合からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の平板ディスプレイ表面処理用流体噴射装置。
