Description
図1は、矩形管2を製造する装置1の概略構成図である。装置1には図において左側から(搬送方向R)に平らな帯状金属19が供給される。帯状金属19は、図示していないが公知の態様で円形横断面の管に曲げられる。円形横断面の管は管溶接ユニット3で溶接され、すなわち円形横断面の管に曲げられた帯状金属は、生じた継ぎ目個所において、極めて概略的に図示した溶接機20を用いて溶接される。溶接過程の間管2はロール21によって案内される。

Claims (9)
- 平らな帯状金属から管(2)を成形して該管(2)を生じた継ぎ目個所において溶接する管溶接ユニット(3)と、管(2)の搬送方向(R)において管溶接ユニット(3)に接続し、管(2)を横断面にて多角形の実質的に所望の輪郭に圧延する圧延ユニット(4)とを有し、管(2)の搬送方向(R)において圧延ユニット(4)の下流側にクラウン付与ユニット(5)が設けられ、該クラウン付与ユニット(5)が、管(2)の互いに対向する少なくとも2つの管側面(6,7)のために、凸状に膨らんだロール(8,9)を有している、横断面にて多角形の、有利には四角形の管(2)を製造するための装置(1)において、
クラウン付与ユニット(5)が、管(2)をその長手軸線に対し横方向に偏位させる力を管(2)に対し作用させないように或いは最小の前記力を管(2)に対し作用させるように管(2)の長手方向(L)に対し横方向においてクラウン付与ユニット(5)を管偏位に追従させて案内するために適した手段(11)を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - クラウン付与ユニット(5)を案内する手段(11)が、クラウン付与ユニット(5)を管(2)の長手方向(L)に対し横方向に移動させる少なくとも1つの移動ユニット(12,13)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- クラウン付与ユニット(5)を案内する手段(11)が、少なくとも1つのセンサ(14,15)と制御部(16)と少なくとも1つの移動ユニット(12,13)とから成る制御回路を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 移動ユニット(12,13)が電気操作要素であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 移動ユニット(12,13)が電動機と伝動装置とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 伝動装置がロール(8,9)を直線移動させるためのねじスピンドルを有していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 移動ユニット(12,13)が液圧操作要素であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 液圧操作要素がピストン・シリンダシステムであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- クラウン付与ユニット(5)を案内する手段(11)が、ロール(8,9)を定置の1個のクラウン付与圧延スタンドまたは複数個のクラウン付与圧延スタンドに対し相対移動させることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
