Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 第1の面および前記第1の面に対向する第2の面を規定する、複数の微小空隙を有するポリオレフィン・マトリックスを含む発泡コア層と、
前記第1の面の第1のスキン層と、
前記第2の面の第2のスキン層と、を備え、
約60gsm~約80gsmの坪量と、
約90ミクロン~約200ミクロンの厚さと、
サーキュラー・ベンド・スティフネス試験による約250グラム~約550グラムの剛性と、を有する、基材間のインターリーフとして使用されるフィルム。 - 前記剛性が、サーキュラー・ベンド・スティフネス試験による約300グラムから約350グラムである、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 約5%から約20%の圧縮率を更に有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 約80%から約99%の弾性を更に有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1のスキン層および/または前記第2のスキン層を発泡させる、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1のスキン層が、発泡マクロ構造の規則的配列または不規則パターンが一体的に形成された、エンボス外表面を含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第2のスキン層が接着面を含む、請求項6に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの少なくとも1つの外表面が約0.1μmから約10μmの平均表面粗さRaを有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの少なくとも1つの外表面が約1μmから約35μmの表面粗さRzを有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの少なくとも1つの外表面が約100μmから約350μmの表面ピーク間の平均間隔Smを有する、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン・マトリックスが、ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、高結晶性ポリプロピレン、ホモポリマー・ポリプロピレン、有核ポリプロピレン、コポリマー・ポリプロピレン、またはそれらのブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン・マトリックスが、スリップ剤、造核剤、および抗酸化物質安定剤から成る群から選択された少なくとも1つの添加剤を更に含む、請求項11に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1のスキン層および/または前記第2のスキン層が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、またはそれらのブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1のスキン層および/または前記第2のスキン層が、スリップ剤、造核剤、および抗酸化物質安定剤から成る群から選択された少なくとも1つの添加剤を更に含む、請求項13に記載のフィルム。
- 前記基材が、ガラス、ポリカーボネート、ポリ(メチル・メタクリレート)、またはステンレス鋼で構成される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
