Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体に連結されたバスバーフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体に含まれている前記複数の電池セルのうち、互いに隣接する電池セルからそれぞれ突出したセルテラス、
前記セルテラスからそれぞれ突出する電極リード、および
前記電極リードのうち、互いに隣接する電極リードの間に配置され、前記バスバーフレームに形成された隔壁を含み、
前記隔壁は、前記電池セル積層体に含まれている前記複数の電池セルのうち、最外側電池セルから突出した第1セルテラスと、前記最外側電池セルの直ぐ隣りの電池セルから突出した第2セルテラスとの間に位置する最外側隔壁を含む電池モジュール。 - 前記最外側隔壁は、折り曲げ構造を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームには、前記電極リードを離隔させる複数のパスガイダーが形成されており、前記最外側隔壁は、前記バスバーフレームの最外側に位置する2個のパスガイダーの間に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記バスバーフレームに形成されたリードスロットに挿入され、前記第1セルテラスから突出した電極リードと前記第2セルテラスの端部は、前記最外側隔壁により離隔が維持される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記バスバーフレームに形成された複数のパスガイダーのうち、互いに隣接するパスガイダーの間に一つずつ配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1セルテラスから突出した電極リードと前記第2セルテラスから突出した電極リードの極性が全て負極である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 互いに同一の極性を有する前記電極リードが突出して出る前記第1セルテラスと前記第2セルテラスの間の間隔は、前記電極リードが突出して出る方向に沿って次第に狭くなる、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記最外側隔壁の折り曲げ構造は、前記第1セルテラスと前記第2セルテラスの間の間隔が狭くなる方向に折り曲げられた、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁を間に置いて互いに隣接する電極リードは、前記バスバーフレームに形成されたリードスロットを通過して前記バスバーフレームの後面で接触して連結される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体に含まれている前記複数の電池セルのうち、前記最外側電池セルから中間の電池セルに行くほど前記隔壁の曲がった角度が次第に小さくなる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記最外側電池セルから突出する前記第1セルテラスは、前記最外側電池セルの直ぐ隣りの電池セルから突出した前記第2セルテラスよりも曲がった構造を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記バスバーフレームに形成されたリードスロットに挿入され、互いに隣接するセルテラスの端部のうちの一つの端部と、他の一つの端部に連結された電極リードとは、前記隔壁により離隔が維持される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 互いに同一の極性を有する前記電極リードが突出して出る前記セルテラスは、前記電極リードが突出して出る方向に沿って間隔が狭くなる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
- 請求項14に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
