Description
低容量、急速充電、高サイクル寿命である電気エネルギ蓄積装置と、
エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とし、エンジンに結合するモータと、
エンジンに結合し、電気エネルギ蓄積装置を再充電するために接続する発電機と、
1または複数の動作条件に応答するコントローラであって、エンジンが停止しているときは、エンジンに結合するモータを起動することによって、エンジンを再始動し、電気エネルギ蓄積装置が充電の閾値レベルに到達しているときは、電気エネルギ蓄積装置を再充電するために発電機を係合し、続いてエンジンを再度停止するコントローラと、
を備える。
電気エネルギ蓄積装置はまた、
車両の搭載機器と、
車両に含まれる周辺機器と
外部プラグイン電気機器用のソケットを備える電気アウトレット回路と、
のうちの少なくとも一つに電力を提供する。
a)圧縮したトランスミッション液を自動トランスミッションに供給可能なトランスミッション液ポンプと、
b)エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とし、トランスミッション液ポンプに機械的に接続するトランスミッション液ポンプモータと、
c)1または複数の動作条件に応答するコントローラであって、車両が停止しているときはエンジンを切り、トランスミッション液ポンプモータを用いてトランスミッション液ポンプを起動し、ドライビングギア内でトランスミッションの係合を維持するのに十分な圧力をトランスミッションに供給するコントローラと、
d)同じく1または複数の動作条件にも応答するコントローラであって、エンジンに結合するモータを駆動することによって、トランスミッションはドライビングギア内で係合した状態でエンジンを再始動するコントローラと、
を備える。
Claims (23)
- 従来の内燃機関および伝動機構によって推進される商用車用エンジンアイドリングストップ燃費低減システムであって、前記システムは、
a)低容量、急速充電、高サイクル寿命である電気エネルギ蓄積装置と、
b)前記エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とし、前記エンジンに結合するモータと、
c)前記エンジンに結合し、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を再充電するために接続する発電機と、
d)1または複数の動作条件に応答するコントローラであって、前記エンジンが停止しているときは、前記エンジンに結合する前記モータを起動することによって前記エンジンを再始動し、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置が充電が必要な閾値レベルに到達しているときは、前記発電機を係合して前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を再充電した後に、続いて前記エンジンを再度停止するコントローラと、
を備えるシステムであって、
e)前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置はまた、
i)前記車両の搭載機器と、
ii)前記車両に含まれる周辺機器と、
iii)外部プラグイン電気機器用のソケットを備える電気アウトレット回路と、
のうちの少なくとも一つに電力を提供する、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置は少なくとも100万サイクルの特定のサイクル寿命を有する、システム。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置は、約100から500Whまでの間の特定の蓄積容量を有する、システム。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置は2分未満で再充電することができる、システム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置は1から10Wh/kgまでのエネルギ密度を有する、システム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置は1から10kW/kgまでの電力密度を有する、システム。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置はウルトラキャパシタである、システム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記車両は油圧で起動される自動トランスミッションを備え、前記システムはさらに、
a)圧縮したトランスミッション液を前記自動トランスミッションに供給可能なトランスミッション液ポンプと、
b)前記エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とし、前記トランスミッション液ポンプに機械的に接続するトランスミッション液ポンプモータと、
c)1または複数の動作条件に応答する前記コントローラであって、前記車両が停止しているときは前記エンジンを切り、前記トランスミッション液ポンプモータを用いて前記トランスミッション液ポンプを起動し、ドライビングギア内で前記トランスミッションの係合を維持するのに十分な圧力を前記トランスミッションに供給するコントローラと、
d)1または複数の動作条件にも応答する前記コントローラであって、前記エンジンに結合する前記モータを駆動することによって、前記トランスミッションは前記ドライビングギアで係合した状態で前記エンジンを再始動するコントローラと、
を備える、システム。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、補助油圧システムモータを備え、前記補助油圧システムモータは、前記エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とし、前記車両の補助油圧システムのポンプに機械的に接続し、前記コントローラはまた、1または複数の動作条件に応答し、前記補助油圧システムモータを用いて前記補助油圧システムの前記ポンプを起動し、圧縮した作動液を前記補助油圧システムに供給する、システム。
- 請求項9に記載のシステムであって、前記コントローラは1または複数の動作条件に応答し、前記エンジンが稼働しているか否かに関わらず、前記補助油圧システムモータを用いて前記補助油圧システムの前記ポンプを起動し、圧縮した作動液を前記補助油圧システムに供給する、システム。
- 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、前記補助油圧システムは、前記エンジンとの機械的接続によって駆動されるポンプを持たない、システム。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の燃費低減システムであって、前記エンジンに結合する前記モータは、前記エンジンにパワーテイクオフ、クランクシャフトおよびフライホイールの一つを通じて接続し、選択的に始動トルクを前記内燃機関に提供するように操作可能である、システム。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置が最大貯蔵エネルギのうち約60%を消費したとき、前記コントローラは、前記エンジンに結合する前記モータを起動し、それによって前記エンジンを再始動し、前記発電機を係合して、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を再充電する、システム。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置が最大エネルギ蓄積能力の約55%から70%に到達したとき、前記コントローラは、前記エンジンに結合する前記モータを起動し、それによって前記エンジンを再始動し、前記発電機を係合して、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を再充電した後に、前記コントローラは続いて前記エンジンを再度停止する、システム。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記車両上に含まれ、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とする周辺機器を備える、システム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムであって、前記周辺機器は、移動気象観測ステーション、移動通信アンテナ、道路条件を評価するシステム、交通/渋滞を評価するシステム、閉回路ビデオ監視システム、および/またはデータ/画像表示のうち一つである、システム。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、外部プラグイン電気機器用のソケットを有し、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を電源とする電気アウトレット回路を備える、システム。
- 請求項17に記載のシステムであって、前記電気アウトレット回路は、交流電力を送達するインバータを有する、システム。
- 請求項17に記載のシステムであって、前記電気アウトレット回路は直流−直流コンバータを有し、直流電力を前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置の電圧とは異なる電圧で送達する、システム。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置を電力源とする前記車両の搭載機器を備える、システム。
- 請求項20に記載のシステムであって、前記搭載機器は、前記車両の補助油圧システム用ポンプに機械的に接続するモータを備える、システム。
- 請求項20または21に記載のシステムであって、前記搭載機器は、直流−直流コンバータを備え、直流電力を前記電気エネルギ蓄積装置の電圧とは異なる電圧で送達する、システム。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか一つに記載のシステムであって、前記コントローラは厳しい低温条件に応答し、前記車両の従来の電池およびスタータが前記エンジンを再始動できないとき、前記エンジンに結合する前記モータを起動し、前記エンジンを再始動する、システム。
