Abstract
Description
本発明は、可撓性でありかつ使用中にその弾性を維持する吸収性構造体に関する。吸収性構造体は、従来の快適性保護のトレードオフを破る単一層である。吸収性製品は更に、磨耗サイクル全体にわたって改善された快適さを維持する。快適性保護のトレードオフは、不均質塊を作り出すために包囲可能要素内又は包囲可能要素上に配置される包囲可能要素と連続気泡フォームの両方を含む層を作り出すことによって破られる。連続気泡フォームを構造内又は構造上に選択的に配置することによって、吸収性構造体は、下着又はパンティーのみを着用することとほぼ同等の着用経験(乾燥又は湿潤)を消費者に提供する構造特性(薄さ、可撓性、及び厚さ方向(thru-thickness)のコンプライアンス)を示すことが可能になり得る。
B.吸収性構造体は、横断方向曲げ剛性に対する機械方向曲げ剛性の比が2〜25であることを示す、パラグラフAに記載の吸収性物品。
C.吸収性構造体は、5mN・cm2/cm〜10mN・cm2/cm(0.5gf・cm2/cm〜1gf・cm2/cm)の横断方向の曲げ剛性と、20mN・cm2/cm〜118mN・cm2/cm(2gf・cm2/cm〜12gf・cm2/cm)の機械方向曲げ剛性を示す、パラグラフA又はBに記載の吸収性物品。
D.吸収性構造体は、横断方向曲げ剛性に対する機械方向曲げ剛性の比が5〜15であることを示す、パラグラフA〜Cのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
E.吸収性構造体が、1つ以上の不織布繊維を含む、パラグラフA〜Dのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
F.吸収性構造体が連続気泡フォームを含む、パラグラフA〜Eのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性コア。
G.吸収性コアが超吸収体を含む、パラグラフA〜Fのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
H.吸収性構造体が1つ以上の層と組み合わされて、吸収性コアを形成する、パラグラフA〜Gのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
I.トップシートと、バックシートと、吸収性構造体を含む吸収性コアとを備える吸収性物品であって、吸収性構造体は、横断方向曲げ剛性に対する機械方向曲げ剛性の比が2〜25であることを示す、吸収性物品。
J.吸収性構造体は、5mN・cm2/cm〜10mN・cm2/cm(0.5gf・cm2/cm〜1gf・cm2/cm)のCD方向曲げ剛性と、20mN・cm2/cm〜118mN・cm2/cm(2gf・cm2/cm〜12gf・cm2/cm)のMD方向曲げ剛性を示す、パラグラフIに記載の吸収性物品。
K.吸収性構造体は、横断方向曲げ剛性に対する機械方向曲げ剛性の比が5〜15であることを示す、パラグラフI又はJに記載の吸収性物品。
L.吸収性構造体が、1つ以上の不織布繊維を含む、パラグラフI〜Kのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
M.吸収性構造体が連続気泡フォームを含む、パラグラフI〜Lのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
N.吸収性コアが超吸収体を含む、パラグラフI〜Mのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
O.吸収性構造体が1つ以上の層と組み合わされて、吸収性コアを形成する、パラグラフI〜Nのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
P.トップシートと、バックシートと、吸収性構造体を含む吸収性コアとを備える吸収性物品であって、吸収性構造体は、3mN・cm2/cm〜16mN・cm2/cm(0.3gf・cm2/cm〜1.6gf・cm2/cm)の横断方向曲げ剛性と、15mN・cm2/cm〜137mN・cm2/cm(1.5gf・cm2/cm〜14gf・cm2/cm)の機械方向曲げ剛性とを示し、吸収性構造体が、包囲可能要素及び連続気泡フォームを含む、不均質塊複合体を備える、吸収性物品。
Q.包囲可能要素が2つ以上の不織布を含む、パラグラフPに記載の吸収性物品。
R.2つ以上の不織布が、第1の不織布平面シートと第2の不織布平面シートとから構成され、第1の不織布平面シートの不織布は第2の不織布平面シートの不織布とは異なり、連続気泡フォームは、第1の不織布平面シートの一部及び第2の不織布平面シートの一部を包囲する、パラグラフP又はQに記載の吸収性物品。
S.包囲可能要素が、不織布、繊維状構造体、エアレイドウェブ、湿式ウェブ、高ロフト不織布、ニードルパンチウェブ、水流交絡ウェブ、繊維トウ、織物ウェブ、ニットウェブ、フロック加工されたウェブ、スパンボンドウェブ、層状のスパンボンド/メルトブローンウェブ、カード繊維ウェブ、セルロース繊維及びメルトブローン繊維のコフォームウェブ、短繊維及びメルトブローン繊維のコフォームウェブ、並びにこれらの組み合わせである層状ウェブからなる群から選択される、パラグラフP〜Rのいずれか1つに記載の吸収性物品。
曲げ剛性は、Kawabata Evaluation System KES−FB2−A、Pure Bend Tester Sensor(カトーテック株式会社(日本)から入手可能)を用いて測定し、機械方向(MD)及び横断方向(CD)の両方についてgfcm2/cmで報告する。計器は、製造者の指示に従って較正される。全ての試験は、約23℃±2℃及び相対湿度約50%±2%にて行う。
Claims (13)
- トップシートと、バックシートと、吸収性構造体を含む吸収性コアとを備える吸収性物品であって、前記吸収性構造体は、3mN・cm2/cm〜16mN・cm2/cm(0.3gf・cm2/cm〜1.6gf・cm2/cm)の横断方向曲げ剛性と、15mN・cm2/cm〜137mN・cm2/cm(1.5gf・cm2/cm〜14gf・cm2/cm)の機械方向曲げ剛性とを示す、吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性構造体は、横断方向曲げ剛性に対する機械方向曲げ剛性の比が2〜25であることを示す、請求項1に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性構造体が、5mN・cm2/cm〜10mN・cm2/cm(0.5gf・cm2/cm〜1gf・cm2/cm)の横断方向の曲げ剛性と、20mN・cm2/cm〜118mN・cm2/cm(2gf・cm2/cm〜12gf・cm2/cm)の機械方向曲げ剛性を示す、請求項1又は2に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性構造体は、横断方向曲げ剛性に対する機械方向曲げ剛性の比が5〜15であることを示す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性構造体が、1つ以上の不織布繊維を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性構造体が連続気泡フォームを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性コア。
- 前記吸収性コアが超吸収体を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性構造体が1つ以上の層と組み合わされて、吸収性コアを形成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性コアが超吸収体を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性物品が、包囲可能要素及び連続気泡フォームを含む、不均質塊複合体を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記包囲可能要素が2つ以上の不織布を含む、請求項10に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記2つ以上の不織布が、第1の不織布平面シートと第2の不織布平面シートとから構成され、前記第1の不織布平面シートの不織布は前記第2の不織布平面シートの不織布とは異なり、前記連続気泡フォームが、前記第1の不織布平面シートの一部及び前記第2の不織布平面シートの一部を包囲する、請求項11に記載の吸収性物品。
