Abstract
Description
− ブロック10の局所的な熱収縮を考慮に入れるために、各空隙11は、支柱4の対応する寸法よりも大きい断面寸法を有し、
− ブロック10の全体的な熱収縮を考慮に入れるために、空隙11の断面寸法は、対角線の交点13によってここで表される断熱材料ブロック10の中心からの空隙の距離に比例して増加し、実際に、断熱材の全体的な熱収縮は、断熱ブロック10の中心13の方向に発生する。

Claims (18)
- 密封及び断熱されたタンク内の断熱障壁の作成に適する断熱要素(1、101)であって、
平坦なカバーパネル(2、102)と、
前記カバーパネルと平行に配置された断熱裏張り(10、20)と、
圧縮力を吸収するために前記断熱裏張りの厚みを通して前記カバーパネルから延びる耐荷要素と、
を含み、
前記耐荷要素は、複数の剛性支柱(4、104)を含み、その断面は、前記断熱裏張りの空隙(11)に係合する前記カバーパネルの寸法と比較すると小さく、かつ該カバーパネル(2、102)に固定され、
常温では、前記支柱のうちの少なくとも1つに関して、該支柱の断面寸法が、該支柱(4、104)と前記空隙の壁との間の間隙(12)を与えるように該支柱が係合する該空隙の対応する寸法よりも小さく、
断熱要素が、該支柱(4、104)と該空隙の該壁との間の該間隙(12)に配置された充填要素(30、130)を更に含み、
該充填要素(30、130)は、前記断熱裏張りよりも可撓性の大きい材料から作られている、ことを特徴とする断熱要素(1、101)。 - 前記充填要素(30、130)は、超低密度ポリマー発泡体、ガラスウール製品、緩いガラスウール、メラミン発泡体、エーロゲル、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル詰め綿のブロック、又は緩いポリエステル詰め綿から選択された材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記支柱は、前記断熱裏張りの中心区域(113)に位置する第1の空隙(11)に係合した第1の支柱(104)と、該断熱裏張りの該中心区域(113)から距離を置いて位置する該断熱裏張りの第2の空隙(11)に係合した第2の支柱(104)とを含み、
前記第2の空隙の断面寸法(Dx、Dy)が、前記断熱裏張り(10、20)と前記カバーパネル(102)との間の差動熱収縮を可能にするように前記第1の空隙の対応する寸法(Dx、Dy)をよりも大きく、
可撓性材料充填要素(30、130)が、前記第2の空隙に配置され、可撓性材料充填要素(30、130)は、前記第1空隙には配置されない、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱要素。 - 前記支柱は、前記断熱裏張りの第1の空隙(11)に係合した第1の支柱(4)と、該断熱裏張りの第2の空隙(11)に係合して該第1の支柱と同一の第2の支柱(4)と、を含み、該第2の空隙は、該第1の空隙よりも該断熱裏張りの中心(13)から遠い距離に位置し、
前記第2の空隙の断面寸法(Dx、Dy)が、前記断熱裏張り(10、20)と前記カバーパネル(2)の間の差動熱収縮を可能にするように前記第1の空隙の対応する寸法(Dx、Dy)よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。 - 同一の支柱が係合する全ての空隙(11)が、該空隙と前記断熱裏張りの前記中心との間の前記距離と共に増大する断面寸法(Dx、Dy)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記常温では、1つの支柱(4)又は各支柱(4)が、前記断熱裏張りの前記中心(13)から離れる方向に面する前記空隙の壁よりも該断熱裏張りの該中心(13)の方向に面する該空隙の壁に近いように該空隙(11)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記平坦なカバーパネルに平行で平坦な底部パネル(3、103)を更に含み、
前記断熱裏張り(10、20)は、前記底部パネルと前記カバーパネルの間に配置され、
前記耐荷要素は、該底部パネルまで該断熱裏張りの前記厚みを通して延び、前記支柱(4、104)の前記断面は、該底部パネル(3、103)の寸法と比較すると更に小さく、該支柱は、更に、該底部パネルに固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。 - 前記支柱は、前記カバーパネル(2、102)に対して垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 支柱又は各支柱が、前記断熱裏張りの厚み方向に沿って変化する断面寸法を有し、該断面寸法は、前記カバーパネルの方向に向けて減少することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 空隙(11)又は各空隙(11)が、前記断熱裏張りの厚み方向に沿って変化する断面寸法を有し、該断面寸法は、前記カバーパネルの方向に向けて増加することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記断熱裏張りは、ポリマー発泡体のブロック(10、20)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記断熱裏張り(20)は、前記ポリマー発泡体ブロックの厚み内で延びる緩和スロット(21)を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記カバーパネル(2、102)は、合板で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 前記断熱裏張り(10、20)は、前記耐荷要素(4、104)により、該耐荷要素に対してかつ前記カバーパネル(2、102)に対して摺動可能に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の断熱要素。
- 支持構造体に配置された密封及び断熱されたタンク(71)であって、
前記支持構造体に固定されたタンク壁を含み、
前記タンク壁は、タンクの内部から外部に向う厚み方向に順に1次密封障壁、1次断熱障壁、2次密封障壁、及び、2次断熱障壁を含み、
該1次断熱障壁及び/又は該2次断熱障壁は、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の、複数の並置された断熱要素(1、101)を含む、
ことを特徴とする密封及び断熱されたタンク(71)。 - 低温液体製品の輸送のための船(70)であって、
二重船殻(72)と、
前記二重船殻に配置された請求項15に記載のタンク(71)と、
を含むことを特徴とする船(70)。 - 請求項16に記載の船(70)の使用法であって、
低温液体製品を、浮遊貯蔵施設又は陸上貯蔵施設(77)から、又は、浮遊貯蔵施設又は陸上貯蔵施設(77)まで、前記船のタンク(71)まで又はタンク(71)から断熱パイプ(73、79、76、81)を通じて経路指定し、該船の該タンクを載荷するか又は除荷する、ことを特徴とする使用法。 - 低温液体製品のための移送システムであって、
請求項16に記載の船(70)と、
前記船の船殻に設置されたタンク(71)を浮遊貯蔵施設又は陸上貯蔵施設(77)に接続するように配置された断熱パイプ(73、79、76、81)と、
前記浮遊貯蔵施設又は前記陸上貯蔵施設から、又は、前記浮遊貯蔵施設又は前記陸上貯蔵施設まで、前記船の前記タンクまで又は前記タンクから前記断熱パイプを通して低温液体製品の流れを駆動するためのポンプと、
を含むことを特徴とするシステム。
