Description
도 2는 도 1의 탱크의 벽에 포함될 수 있는 래깅 요소의 측면 및 그것이 받을 수 있는 응력 및 변형을 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 강화 뚜껑 패널을 가지는 래깅 요소의 부분 사시 투명도이다.
도 4 내지 도 7은 도 3에 도시된 래깅 요소의 여러 변형예들의 사시도들이다.
도 8a 내지 도 8c는 도 6의 강화 뚜껑 패널의 변형예에 사용될 수 있는 프로파일들을 측면에서 본 도면들이다.

Claims (19)
- 유체를 수용하기 위한, 지지 구조에 통합된 유밀한 단열 탱크로, 탱크 벽은,
캐리어 벽(1);
밀봉 장벽(3,5); 및
상기 밀봉 장벽을 위한 지지 표면을 형성하도록 병치된 복수의 래깅 요소(6, 7, 30, 40, 41, 50, 51)들을 포함하고, 상기 캐리어 벽 상에 지지되고 상기 밀봉 장벽을 지탱하는 단열 장벽(2,4);
을 포함하고, 평행육면체 형태인 래깅 요소는
래깅 라이닝(21);
상기 탱크 벽에 수직으로 상기 래깅 라이닝을 관통하는 복수의 기둥(33, 60)들; 및
상기 탱크 벽에 평행하게 연장되고 상기 기둥들에 의해 지탱되는 뚜껑 패널(34);
을 포함하고, 상기 뚜껑 패널은
상기 기둥들에 고정되고 상기 기둥들 상에 지지되는 분배 패널(36, 64);
서로 이격되고 상기 분배 패널에 평행하게 연장되는 복수의 빔(37, 43, 44, 52, 56, 57, 65)들을 포함하고, 상기 분배 패널 상에 지지되고 고정된 이격 요소; 및
상기 분배 패널에 평행하고, 상기 복수의 빔들에 고정되고 상기 복수의 빔들에 의해 지지되며, 상기 래깅 요소에 가해지는 압축력들을 흡수하는 상부 패널(35);
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 빔(37, 43)들은 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이격 요소는 그릴(grille, 42, 46) 형태이며, 상기 빔들은 제1 평행 빔 어셈블리(43)와 제2 평행 빔 어셈블리(44)를 포함하고, 상기 제1 평행 빔 어셈블리와 상기 제2 평행 빔 어셈블리는 서로 교차하고 상기 두 개의 평행 빔 어셈블리들은 상기 분배 패널(36) 상에 지지되는 하부 지지 표면 및 상기 상부 패널(35) 상에 지지되는 상부 지지 표면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 평행 빔 어셈블리와 상기 제2 평행 빔 어셈블리는 교차점(intersections, 45)들에서 교차하고, 각각의 기둥(33, 60)은 매번 그릴 교차점 하부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 분배 패널은 직사각형 형태이며, 상기 제1 평행 빔 어셈블리와 상기 제2 평행 빔 어셈블리는 상기 직사각형 분배 패널의 측면들에 대해 비스듬하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기둥들은 기둥 열(29, 39)을 형성하도록 배치되고, 상기 빔들은 각각의 해당 기둥 열에 중첩되게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 빔들의 단면은 사다리꼴이며, 상기 사다리꼴 단면의 변들은 상기 분배 패널(36)과 상부 패널(35) 상에 각각 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 빔들은 단면이 U-자 형태인 프로파일(52)들이고, 상기 U-자(54) 형태의 베이스는 상기 상부 패널과 상기 분배 패널의 두 개의 패널들 중 하나 상에 지지되고, 상기 빔들의 프로파일은 날개(55)들을 갖고, 상기 날개(55)들은 상기 U-자 형태의 각각의 분기로부터 상기 U-자 형태의 외측을 향해 연장되고 상기 상부 패널과 상기 분배 패널의 두 개의 패널들 중 다른 하나 상에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 빔들은 단면(56)이 U-자 형태(56)인 프로파일들이고, 상기 U-자 형태의 베이스는 상기 상부 패널과 분배 패널 사이로 연장되고, 제1 분기는 상기 상부 패널(35) 상에 지지되고 제2 분기는 상기 분배 패널(36) 상에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제2항 내지 제5항 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 빔들은 직사각형 단면의 프로파일(57)들인 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 빔들의 단면은 상기 분배 패널에 평행한 방향으로 배향된, 너비 9 내지 50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이격 요소는 상기 래깅 요소의 제1 측면과 상기 래깅 요소의 제2 측면 사이로 연장되는 유체 순환 채널(38)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 유체 순환 채널(38)은 다공성 래깅 라이닝으로 라이닝 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 뚜껑 패널은 상부 패널(66) 상에 지지되고 고정된 상부 이격 요소(67) 및 제2 상부 패널(68)을 더 포함하고, 상기 제2 상부 패널은 상기 분배 패널(64)에 평행하고 상기 상부 이격 요소(67)에 고정되고 상기 상부 이격 요소(67)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기둥들은 평행한 기둥(29, 39) 열들로 배치되고, 일 열의 기둥들은 일정한 간격을 두고 위치되고, 두 개의 인접한 열들의 기둥들은 기둥 열의 방향으로 기둥의 절반 간격으로 오프셋된 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분배 패널(36, 64)의 두께와 상기 상부 패널(35)의 두께는 상기 분배 패널의 수직인 방향으로 6.5 내지 30mm이고, 상기 이격 요소(37, 42, 43, 49, 52, 56, 57, 65)의 두께는 상기 분배 패널에 수직인 방향으로 6.5 내지 50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 유밀한 단열 탱크. - 냉 유체 제품의 운송을 위한 선박(70)으로서,
상기 선박은 이중 선체(72), 및 상기 이중 선체에 배치된 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 탱크(71)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박. - 제17항에 따른 선박(70)의 사용방법으로서,
냉 유체 제품은 상기 선박의 선적 또는 하적을 수행하기 위해, 부유식 또는 지상 저장 설비(77) 및 상기 선박 탱크(71) 사이에서 단열 파이프라인(73, 79, 76, 81)들을 통해 운반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박(70)의 사용방법. - 냉 유체 제품 운송 시스템으로,
상기 시스템은 제17항에 따른 선박(70), 상기 선박의 선체에 설치된 탱크(71)를 부유식 또는 지상 저장 설비(77)에 연결하도록 배치된 단열 파이프라인(73, 79, 76, 81)들, 상기 부유식 또는 지상 저장 설비 및 상기 선박의 탱크 사이에서 상기 단열 파이프라인들을 통해 냉 유체 제품의 유동을 구동하기 위한 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운송 시스템.
