Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池20は、高分子電解質102と触媒担持カーボン101とを有する触媒層23a、24aを有する。触媒層23a、24aにおける高分子電解質102と触媒担持カーボン101との初期の重量比(I/C)の値P1は、高分子電解質102が膨潤していない状態での、燃料電池の最大出力が最大となる重量比(I/C)の値P0よりも、0.1〜0.2小さい値に設定される。

- 高分子電解質と触媒担持カーボンとを有する触媒層を有する燃料電池であって、
前記触媒層における高分子電解質と触媒担持カーボンとの初期の重量比(I/C)は、高分子電解質が膨潤していない状態での、燃料電池の最大出力が最大となる重量比(I/C)の値よりも、0.1〜0.2小さい値である、燃料電池。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池を有する移動体。
