Abstract
【解決手段】尿素水から生成されるアンモニアを還元剤として排気中のNOxを浄化するSCR41と、SCR41よりも上流側の排気通路12に尿素水を噴射する尿素水噴射装置60と、SCR41に吸着されているアンモニアの推定吸着量を算出する推定吸着量算出部51と、推定吸着量に基づいて尿素水噴射装置60の噴射制御を実行する尿素水噴射制御部52と、SCR41に吸着されているアンモニアの実吸着量と推定吸着量とに乖離が生じ得る所定条件が成立した場合に、噴射制御に用いられている推定吸着量を所定量増減した値に変更する推定吸着量変更部53とを備えた。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられて尿素水から生成されるアンモニアを還元剤として排気中のNOxを浄化する選択的還元触媒と、
前記選択的還元触媒よりも上流側の排気通路に尿素水を噴射する尿素水噴射手段と、
前記選択的還元触媒に吸着されているアンモニアの推定吸着量を算出する推定吸着量算出手段と、
前記推定吸着量に基づいて前記尿素水噴射手段の噴射制御を実行する噴射制御手段と、
前記選択的還元触媒に吸着されているアンモニアの実吸着量と前記推定吸着量とに乖離が生じ得る所定条件が成立した場合に、前記噴射制御に用いられている前記推定吸着量を所定量増減した値に変更する推定吸着量変更手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする排気浄化システム。 - 前記選択的還元触媒のNOx浄化率が前記推定吸着量の増減によって低下したか否かを判定する浄化率低下判定手段と、
前記浄化率低下判定手段がNOx浄化率を低下していないと判定した場合に、前記推定吸着量変更手段によって変更された値を維持する推定吸着量維持手段と、をさらに備える
請求項1に記載の排気浄化システム。 - 前記浄化率低下判定手段がNOx浄化率を低下したと判定した場合に、前記推定吸着量変更手段によって変更された値を変更前の値に戻す推定吸着量補正手段をさらに備える
請求項2に記載の排気浄化システム。 - 前記浄化率低下判定手段がNOx浄化率を低下したと判定した場合に、前記推定吸着量変更手段によって変更された値を現在のNOx浄化率に基づいて算出した推定吸着量に補正する推定吸着量補正手段をさらに備える
