Abstract
Description
数式1のように、Von−Voff値が増加すると、キックバック電圧も増加して、Q−ノードQNの偏差も大きくなる。また、ゲートオン電圧Vonが高いほどキックバック電圧が増加して、キックバック電圧の偏差も増加する。このような偏差はゲート電圧の偏差を招き、これによって輝度の低下が生じて、4番目のステージASG−4以後のステージに接続されたゲートラインに比べて、1番目のステージASG−1乃至3番目のステージASG−3に接続されたゲートラインが暗く見える可能性がある。

Claims (2)
- 従属的に接続された多数のステージからなるゲート駆動回路において、
開始信号を入力され、第1出力信号を生成するステージから構成されるダミーステージ群と、
前記ダミーステージ群のステージから出力された前記第1出力信号を伝送して第2出力信号を下位のステージに出力し、及びクロック信号を生成して該当ゲートラインに伝送するステージから構成されるステージ群と、
を含み、
前記ダミーステージ群の各ステージは、前記開始信号に応じて、前記ステージ群のステージへ第1出力信号を供給する第1電圧出力部を含み、
前記ステージ群の各ステージは、以前ステージの中の何れか1つのステージから出力された第1出力信号又は第2出力信号に応じて、前記クロック信号を前記ゲートラインへゲート電圧として供給する第2電圧出力部を含み、
前記第1電圧出力部及び前記第2電圧出力部は、前記開始信号、又は前記以前ステージの中の何れか1つのステージから供給された前記第1出力信号または前記第2出力信号を供給される制御電極と、前記クロック信号を供給される入力電極及び前記ゲートラインに接続された出力電極を含むプルアップトランジスタを含み、
前記ダミーステージ群は、3Hの時間の間に前記該当ゲートラインを駆動することを特徴とするゲート駆動回路。 - 前記ダミーステージ群は、第1乃至第3ダミーステージを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲート駆動回路。
