Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるバッテリ充電方法は、エンジンおよび駆動モータの動力で運行されるハイブリッド自動車の駆動電源を供給するバッテリを充電する方法であって、ハイブリッド自動車の加速ペダルおよびブレーキペダルの操作の有無により、ハイブリッド自動車が惰力走行(coasting)されているかを判断するステップと、バッテリのSOC(state of charge)が設定値以下の充電状態であるかを判断するステップと、バッテリのSOCが設定値以下の充電状態で、かつハイブリッド自動車が惰力走行されていれば、エンジンを駆動状態に維持させ、エンジンの動力で駆動モータを回転させ、駆動モータの発電電力でバッテリを充電するステップとを含む。

Claims (12)
- エンジンおよび駆動モータの動力で運行されるハイブリッド自動車の駆動電源を供給するバッテリを充電する方法であって、
前記ハイブリッド自動車の加速ペダルおよびブレーキペダルの操作の有無により、前記ハイブリッド自動車が惰力走行(coasting)されているかを判断するステップと、
前記バッテリのSOC(state of charge)が設定値以下の充電状態であるかを判断するステップと、
前記バッテリのSOCが設定値以下の充電状態で、かつ前記ハイブリッド自動車が惰力走行されていれば、前記エンジンを駆動状態に維持させ、前記エンジンの動力で前記駆動モータを回転させ、前記駆動モータの発電電力で前記バッテリを充電するステップとを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記惰力走行(coasting)されているかを判断するステップは、
加速ペダルの位置を検出する加速ペダル位置検出器(accelerator position detector)およびブレーキペダルの位置を検出するブレーキペダル位置検出器(brake position detector)の各信号に基づいて判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記惰力走行されているかを判断するステップは、
前記加速ペダル位置検出器および前記ブレーキペダル位置検出器の各信号の値が設定値に相当する信号値の時、前記惰力走行と判断するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 運転者が前記加速ペダルおよび前記ブレーキペダルに接触していない時、前記加速ペダル位置検出器および前記ブレーキペダル位置検出器からそれぞれ前記設定誤差範囲内の設定信号値が出力されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。
- 前記バッテリを充電するステップは、
前記エンジンを始動したりまたは前記エンジンの動力によって発電をする始動/発電モータを、前記エンジンの動力で回転させ、この時発電した電力が前記バッテリに充電されるようにするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記バッテリを充電するステップは、
前記ハイブリッド自動車のホイール(wheel)の回転力が前記駆動モータに伝達され発電するようにし、この時発電した電力が前記バッテリに充電されるようにするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記ハイブリッド自動車は、前記エンジンと前記駆動モータとの間で前記エンジンの動力と前記駆動モータの動力とを結合または解除するエンジンクラッチを備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記バッテリを充電するステップは、
前記エンジンクラッチを結合させたりまたは結合状態を維持させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記バッテリを充電するステップは、
前記エンジンのトルクを設定トルクに制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記エンジンのトルクを設定トルクに制御するステップは、
前記エンジンの回転数が設定回転数範囲にあるようにしながら、前記エンジンを制御することを特徴とする請求項8記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - 前記バッテリのSOCが設定値以下となった充電状態は、
前記バッテリのSOCが正常充電領域の最下値の下に位置している状態であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法。 - エンジンおよび駆動モータの動力で運行されるハイブリッド自動車の駆動電源を供給するバッテリを充電するシステムであって、
加速ペダルの位置を検出する加速ペダル位置検出器と、
ブレーキペダルの位置を検出するブレーキペダル位置検出器と、
前記加速ペダル位置検出器および前記ブレーキペダル位置検出器の信号、並びに前記バッテリのSOC(state of charge)に基づいて前記バッテリを充電する制御器とを含み、
前記制御器は、設定されたプログラムによって動作する1つ以上のマイクロプロセッサを備え、前記設定されたプログラムは、
前記ハイブリッド自動車の加速ペダルおよびブレーキペダルの操作の有無により、前記ハイブリッド自動車が惰力走行(coasting)されているかを判断するステップと、前記バッテリのSOC(state of charge)が設定値以下の充電状態であるかを判断するステップと、前記バッテリのSOCが設定値以下の充電状態で、かつ前記ハイブリッド自動車が惰力走行されていれば、前記エンジンを駆動状態に維持させ、前記エンジンの動力で前記駆動モータを回転させ、前記駆動モータの発電電力で前記バッテリを充電するステップとを含む、ハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電方法を実行するための一連の命令からなることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電システム。 - 前記制御器は、前記バッテリを充電するために前記エンジンおよび前記駆動モータを制御する時、車速、前記駆動モータの回転数、ギヤ段数、燃料遮断の有無の値、前記駆動モータのトルク、前記駆動モータのパワー、前記エンジンの冷却水温度、変速機のオイル温度、前記バッテリの温度、外部温度、傾斜度値、変速位置、電装負荷量、キックダウン(kick down)率のうちの少なくとも1つ以上を受信し、前記エンジンおよび前記駆動モータの制御に利用することを特徴とする請求項11記載のハイブリッド自動車のバッテリ充電システム。
