Abstract
【解決手段】アルミニウム材からなる非腐食性フラックスブレージング製熱交換器に対し、酸洗処理工程、化成処理工程、防臭処理工程を施す熱交換器の表面処理方法であって、前記酸性洗浄剤は、硝酸及び硫酸を含有し、且つ鉄塩を所定量含有するものであり、前記表面処理剤は、ビニルアルコール系重合体により被覆されたシリカ粒子、及びポリアリルアミン樹脂を前記シリカ粒子と前記ビニルアルコール系重合体との合計含有量が所定量となるように含有し、前記シリカ粒子と、前記ビニルアルコール系重合体との質量比が所定の比率であることを特徴とする熱交換器の表面処理方法。

Description
<表面処理剤の調製>
ビニルアルコール重合体(ケン化度98%以上)粉末25質量部を純水950質量部に溶解させた水溶液中へ、ヒュームドシリカ(平均粒径40nm)25質量部を添加して攪拌し、凝集物を形成させた。次に、この凝集物を、超音波分散機(日本精機製作所製の超音波ホモジナイザー)を使用して強制的に分散させ、平均粒径500nmのビニルアルコール重合体被覆シリカ粒子の分散液を得た。さらに抗菌剤としてジンクピリチオンを10ppmの濃度となるようにこの水媒体中に添加し、さらに、ポリアリルアミン樹脂として「PAA−15C」(ポリアリルアミン、重量平均分子量15000、商品名、日東紡株式会社製)を500ppm添加して表面処理剤を得た。なお、平均粒子径の測定は、得られた表面処理剤の一部を脱イオン水で希釈し、動的光散乱測定機(「ELS−800」、商品名、大塚電子社製)により測定した。
ポリアリルアミンの配合量を1000ppmに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
ポリアリルアミンの配合量を5000ppmに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
ポリアリルアミンを配合しなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
ポリアリルアミンに代えて、アミノ基を有する樹脂として「PVAM0595B」(ポリビニルアミン、重量平均分子量60000、商品名、三菱化学社製)を1000ppm配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
ポリアリルアミンに代えて、グリシンを1000ppm配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
ポリアリルアミンに代えて、クロメート系の化成処理剤を用いた場合に使用される臭気抑制剤であるフェノールを1000ppm配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
ポリアリルアミンに代えて、クロメート系の化成処理剤を用いた場合に使用される臭気抑制剤であるアジピン酸ヒドラジドを1000ppm配合したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピース及び防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
比較例1と同様にして防臭処理テストピースを作成し、昭和電工製非腐食性フラックスブレージング製カーエアコン用エバポレーター(NBエバポレーター)に代えて真空ろう付け法により製造された昭和電工製カーエアコン用エバポレーター(VBエバポレーター)を用いたこと以外は、比較例2と同様にして防臭処理カーエアコン用エバポレーターを完成した。
得られた防臭処理テストピースの初期品、及び、室温で純水に1週間浸漬し、劣化させた防臭処理テストピースにセロハンテープ(ニチバン製)を貼り付けて剥離した。残存した皮膜の面積を測定し、下記の基準で評価した。結果を表1に示す。

得られた防臭処理テストピースの初期品、及び、室温で純水に1週間浸漬し、劣化させた親水化テストピースに粘着テープを貼り付けて剥離した。このテープ剥離部に純水2μlをのせ、接触角を測定した。接触角の測定は、自動接触角計「CA−Z」(協和界面化学社製)を用いて行った。なお、親水性の評価については、30°以下を合格とした。
カーエアコン用エバポレーターの初期品、及び、水に168時間浸漬し、劣化させたカーエアコン用エバポレーターの臭いを嗅いで5段階評価した。なお、臭気の評価については、2点以下を合格とした。

- アルミニウム材からなる非腐食性フラックスブレージング製熱交換器に、酸性洗浄剤を接触させる酸洗処理工程(1)、酸洗処理工程後の前記アルミニウム材にジルコニウム系化成処理剤を接触させる化成処理工程(2)、及び化成処理工程後の前記アルミニウム材に、表面処理剤を接触させる防臭処理工程(3)を有する熱交換器の表面処理方法であって、
前記酸性洗浄剤は、硝酸及び硫酸を含有し、且つ鉄塩を0.01〜5質量%含有するものであり、
前記表面処理剤は、ビニルアルコール系重合体により被覆されたシリカ粒子、及びポリアリルアミン樹脂を含有し、前記表面処理剤に含有される前記シリカ粒子と前記ビニルアルコール系重合体との合計含有量が0.2〜25質量%であり、前記シリカ粒子と、前記ビニルアルコール系重合体との質量比が30:70〜70:30であることを特徴とする熱交換器の表面処理方法。 - 前記鉄塩は、硫酸鉄、硝酸鉄、酢酸鉄、及び塩化鉄からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1記載の熱交換器の表面処理方法。
