Claims (9)
- ほぼ平行かつほぼ水平で、同じ方向(矢印6)にほぼ同じスピード(Va)で駆動される2本の移動するライン(5)であって、容器(2)が、そのつば(3)によって前記2本のライン(5)上にほぼ立向きの姿勢で支持されるように、前記容器(2)の本体の直径(D)を上回りかつ前記容器(2)の前記つば(3)の直径(Φ)を下回る距離(d)で互いに離された、向かい合うライン(5)をそれぞれ有する2つのエンドレスリンク(7)をそれぞれ備えた2つのコンベヤ(11)を備える、特に熱可塑性プラスチック材料製でその首部(4)の基部に前記つば(3)を備える前記容器(2)をほぼ直線的かつほぼ水平に移動させるためのコンベヤ装置(1)であって、
少なくとも1つのコンベヤ(11)が、前記2本の向かい合うライン(5)同士の間隔(Δ)が公称の前記距離(d)および前記つば(3)の直径(Φ)よりも大きくなりそれにより対応する前記容器がもはや支持されなくなって落下するように、容器(2)の前記つば(3)の直径(Φ)にほぼ相当する前記コンベヤ(11)の前記ライン(5)の長さにわたって、外側に横方向(23)に移動可能な短いセグメントを少なくとも1つ備えることを特徴とするコンベヤ装置。 - 前記2つのコンベヤ(11)が「平坦な」タイプのものであり、前記2つのエンドレスリンク(7)が、ほぼ垂直の軸を有する戻りホイール(12)周りの同じ略水平な面を通ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記2本のライン(5)の移動スピード、すなわち前記容器(2)の移動スピード(Va)が、前記装置の出口(S)での、容器(2)を把持するスピード(Vs)を上回り、それにより、容器(2)が、前記出口(S)近傍で互いに押し付けられて前記装置の前記出口へと押し出されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのコンベヤ(11)が、単一の駆動手段(13)により、ほぼ同じスピードで駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2本のエンドレスライン(7)がワイヤ(15)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2本のエンドレスライン(7)がベルト(16)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2本のエンドレスライン(7)が縦に配設されたベルト(16)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのコンベヤ(11)が、前記容器(2)の前記本体および/または前記首部の直径(D)、ならびに、前記容器(2)の前記つば(3)の直径(Φ)、に従って前記2本のほぼ平行なライン(5)間の離間距離(d)を調整できるように、横方向に移動可能なフレーム(20)上に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのコンベヤ(11)が、それぞれ、中間面(P)に対して対称的に横方向に移動可能(22)であるフレーム(20)上に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
