Abstract
【解決手段】自立袋は、内容物を収納する包装袋2と、包装袋2の上部に配設される口具と、熱可塑性樹脂からなり包装袋2の少なくとも側縁10の外面を覆う補強材3とを備えている。補強材3の下端部3aは、包装袋2の底縁14よりも上方に位置する。また、下切欠き13内に突出している。

Description
(1)包装袋2には、補強材3が付与され、該補強材3の下端部3aは、底縁14よりも上方に位置する。したがって、自立袋1を自立させる際には底縁14によって安定的に自立させることができ、仮に補強材3の下端部3aが底縁14よりも下方に位置することによって自立袋1の自立バランスが崩れるという不都合が生じるおそれはない。
○ 一対の側面シート12同士の接合部の接合法は熱融着に限らない。たとえば、それらを、接着剤による接合、超音波接着、高周波接着等に変更してもよい。また、側面シート12と底面シート11との接合部の接合法についても同様に変更してもよいし、口具4を開口部16に挟み込んで側面シート12同士を接合する点についても同様に変更してもよい。なお、包装袋2を構成するシートの数であるが、上記実施形態では3枚のシートから構成したが、このシート数を変更することも可能である。
○ 内容物を収納する包装袋と、前記包装袋の上部に配設される内容物流通口と、熱可塑性樹脂からなり前記包装袋の側縁の外面を覆う補強材とを備えた自立袋において、前記包装袋は、上縁に前記内容物流通口を備えるようにしつつ該上縁が上縁接合部によって封止され、前記補強材は、前記上縁接合部と離間していることを特徴とする自立袋。
○ 補強材は、該補強材の上端が包装袋の上縁よりも下方に位置することを特徴とする自立袋。
Claims (3)
- 内容物を収納する包装袋と、前記包装袋の上部に配設される内容物流通口と、熱可塑性樹脂からなり前記包装袋の側縁の外面を覆う補強材とを備えた自立袋において、前記補強材は、該補強材の下端が前記包装袋の底縁と同位置又は底縁よりも上方に位置することを特徴とする自立袋。
- 前記包装袋は、側縁に切欠きを設け、前記補強材の下端は、前記切欠き内に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自立袋。
- 請求項2に記載の自立袋の製造方法であって、側縁に切欠きが形成された袋状の包装袋を形成し、第1金型に対して該第1金型の第1凹部内に前記包装袋の側縁が臨むように前記包装袋を装着した後、前記第1金型の第1凹部と第2金型の第2凹部とでキャビティが構築され、該キャビティを構築する前記第1凹部及び第2凹部の長手方向の下端に前記包装袋の側縁が接しないように第1金型と第2金型とを接合し、前記キャビティに熱可塑性樹脂を射出することで包装袋の側縁の外面を被覆する補強材を成形し、前記包装袋の上部に内容物流通口を配設することを特徴とする自立袋の製造方法。
