Abstract
【課題】 ハイブリッド車における電動オイルポンプの異常時におけるオイルポンプ切替手段を提供する。
【解決手段】 エンジン10が第1モータ・ジェネレータ11と出力軸2とに動力分配機構12を介して連結され、その出力軸2に第2モータ・ジェネレータ5が、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する変速機6を介して連結され、その変速機6にトルク容量を設定する油圧を発生させる電動オイルポンプ33を備えているハイブリッド車の駆動装置において、電動オイルポンプ33の異常を検出する異常検出手段(ステップS1)と、前記異常検出手段で異常が検出された場合に、前記エンジン10を駆動させる内燃機関駆動手段(ステップS5,6)とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関が第1電動機と出力部材とに動力分配機構を介して連結され、その出力部材に第2電動機が、油圧に応じてトルク容量が変化する変速機を介して連結され、その変速機にトルク容量を設定する油圧を発生させる電動オイルポンプを備えているハイブリッド車の駆動装置であって、
前記電動オイルポンプの異常を検出する異常検出手段と、
前記異常検出手段で異常が検出された場合に、前記内燃機関を駆動させる内燃機関駆動手段とを備えているハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関によって駆動され、前記変速機のトルク容量を決定する油圧を発生する機械式オイルポンプを備え、
前記異常検出手段で異常が検出された場合に、機械式オイルポンプから変速機に油圧を供給する機械式オイルポンプ動作手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関駆動手段が、第1電動機により内燃機関のクランキングをおこなうクランキング手段と、
変速機の油圧が所定値よりも高い間は第2電動機からトルクを出力するトルク出力制御手段とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関駆動手段による前記内燃機関の駆動の可否を車速によって判断する駆動可否判断手段を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。
- 前記駆動可否判断手段が、低車速時には前記クランキングを禁止し、高車速時にはクランキングを開始することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。
