Claims (5)
- 主動力源に連結された出力部材に、係合制御量に応じてトルク容量の変化するトルク伝達部材を介して電動機が連結されたハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置において、
前記電動機の回転数を所定の回転数に維持する回転数維持手段と、
その回転数維持手段で前記電動機の回転数を維持している間に前記係合制御量を連続的に変化させる係合制御量変更手段と、
前記係合制御量を変化させる過程において前記電動機の回転数を維持するための電動機の出力トルクが所定値に達した時点の前記電動機の出力トルクと前記係合制御量との関係を学習する学習手段と
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記係合制御量がゼロの状態での前記電動機の初期出力トルクを検出する引き摺りトルク検出手段を更に備え、
前記所定値は、前記引き摺りトルク検出手段で検出された前記初期出力トルクに予め定めたトルクを加えた値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記引き摺りトルク検出手段は、前記電動機の回転数が前記所定の回転数になったときのトルクを初期出力トルクとして検出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機の出力トルクと前記係合制御量との関係の学習制御は、前記ハイブリッド車の走行レンジがパーキングポジションにあるときと前記ハイブリッド駆動装置の製造ラインにおける調整時の少なくとも一方で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 主動力源に連結された出力部材に、係合制御量に応じてトルク容量の変化するトルク伝達部材を介して電動機が連結されたハイブリッド駆動装置の制御方法において、
前記電動機の回転数を所定の回転数に維持する回転数維持方法と、
その回転数維持方法で前記電動機の回転数を維持している間に前記係合制御量を連続的に変化させる係合制御量変更方法と、
前記係合制御量を変化させる過程において前記電動機の回転数を維持するための電動機の出力トルクが所定値に達した時点の前記電動機の出力トルクと前記係合制御量との関係を学習する学習方法と
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置の制御方法。
