Abstract
【解決手段】アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物の加水分解生成物、及び加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物又は加水分解性チタニウム化合物の加水分解生成物からなるプライマー層が形成されたガラス基材であり、ジルコニウムがケイ素に対して、重量比で0.0002倍量以上0.0025倍量、又はチタニウムがケイ素に対して重量比で0.0005倍量以上0.0045倍量以下とし、プライマー層上に吸水性及び/又は親水性を呈する樹脂被膜を形成する。

Description
アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物であるγ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(LS−3150、信越シリコーン社製)を、90重量%のエタノールと10重量%のイソプロピルアルコールからなる変性アルコール(エキネン F−1、キシダ化学社製)で1重量%となるように調製し、溶液を得た。該溶液に加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物であるオキシ塩化ジルコニウム8水和物を、前記ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対し、前記ジルコニウム化合物のジルコニウム量が、重量比で0.0008倍量となるように添加し、pH値が1.5であるプライマー層を得るための塗布液を得た。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物のジルコニウム量を、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対して、重量比で0.0002倍量となるようにした以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験、及びアルカリ洗浄評価後の防曇性評価を行った。結果、アルカリ洗浄試験では、外観異常はなく、防曇性評価においても曇りは発生しなかった。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物のジルコニウム量を、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対して、重量比で0.002倍量となるようにした以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験、及びアルカリ洗浄評価後の防曇性評価を行った。結果、アルカリ洗浄試験では、外観異常はなく、防曇性評価においても曇りは発生しなかった。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物を硝酸ジルコニウム2水和物とした以外は、実施例3と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験、及びアルカリ洗浄評価後の防曇性評価を行った。結果、アルカリ洗浄試験では、外観異常はなく、防曇性評価においても曇りは発生しなかった。
樹脂被膜を得るための溶液の調製において、イソシアネート反応性基を有する界面活性剤を有する溶液(商品名「VISGARD」A成分、Film Specialties社製)、ポリカーボネートポリオール(商品名「PC−61」、日本ポリウレタン製)、数平均分子量が1000のポリエチレングリコール、短鎖ポリオールであるグリセリンエトキシド(商品名「GE200」三洋化成製)、及びヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのビューレットタイプポリイソシアネート(商品名「N3200」住友バイエルウレタン製)を、膜を形成する成分が重量比で、37:10:5:48となるように調整した以外は実施例1と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得た。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物の代りに、加水分解性チタニウム化合物であるオキシ塩化チタニウムを、前記ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対し、前記チタニウム化合物のチタニウム量が、重量比で0.002倍量となるように添加し、塗布液のpH値を1.5とした以外は実施例1と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験、及びアルカリ洗浄評価後の防曇性評価を行った。結果、アルカリ洗浄試験では、外観異常はなく、防曇性評価においても曇りは発生しなかった。
ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対し、チタニウム化合物のチタニウム量が、重量比で0.0005倍量となるように添加し、塗布液のpH値を1.5とした以外は実施例6と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験、及びアルカリ洗浄評価後の防曇性評価を行った。結果、アルカリ洗浄試験では、外観異常はなく、防曇性評価においても曇りは発生しなかった。
ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対し、チタニウム化合物のチタニウム量が、重量比で0.0044倍量となるように添加し、塗布液のpH値を1.5とした以外は実施例6と同様の手順で防曇性部材を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験、及びアルカリ洗浄評価後の防曇性評価を行った。結果、アルカリ洗浄試験では、外観異常はなく、防曇性評価においても曇りは発生しなかった。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物を使用しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様の手順とした。アルカリ洗浄試験を行ったところ、接触時間が8時間で樹脂被膜が剥離した。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物のジルコニウム量を、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対して、重量比で0.0001倍量となるようにした以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で試料を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験を行ったところ、接触時間が16時間で樹脂被膜が剥離した。
加水分解性チタニウム化合物のチタニウム量を、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対して、重量比で0.0004倍量となるようにした以外は、実施例6と同様の手順で試料を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験を行ったところ、接触時間が14時間で樹脂被膜が剥離した。
加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物のジルコニウム量を、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対して、重量比で0.003倍量となるようにした以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で試料を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験を行ったところ、接触時間が16時間で樹脂被膜が剥離した。
加水分解性チタニウム化合物のチタニウム量を、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物のケイ素量に対して、重量比で0.005倍量となるようにした以外は、実施例1と同様の手順で試料を得、実施例1と同様の手順でアルカリ洗浄試験を行ったところ、接触時間が17時間で樹脂被膜が剥離した。
Claims (4)
- アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物の加水分解生成物、及び加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物又は加水分解性チタニウム化合物の加水分解生成物からなるプライマー層が形成されたガラス基材であり、ジルコニウムがケイ素に対して、重量比で0.0002倍量以上0.0025倍量以下、又はチタニウムがケイ素に対して重量比で0.0005倍量以上0.0045倍量以下であることを特徴とするガラス基材。
- 請求項1に記載のガラス基材のプライマー層上に吸水性及び/又は親水性を呈する樹脂被膜が形成された防曇性物品。
- 請求項2に記載の防曇性物品を洗浄する方法において、アルカリ性の溶液を用いることを特徴とする洗浄方法。
- 請求項1に記載のプライマー層を得るための塗布液であり、アルキレン基を有する加水分解性ケイ素化合物及び/又は加水分解物、及び加水分解性ジルコニウム化合物及び/又は加水分解物、又は加水分解性チタニウム化合物及び/又は加水分解物を有し、pH値が2以下であることを特徴とする塗布液。
