Description
Claims (16)
- 알킬렌기를 포함하는 가수분해성 규소 화합물의 가수분해생성물, 및 가수분해성 지르코늄 화합물 또는 가수분해성 티타늄 화합물의 가수분해생성물을 포함하는 프라이머층이 형성된 유리 기판에 있어서,상기 프라이머층에서지르코늄이 규소에 대해 중량비로 0.0002 배량 이상 0.0025 배량 이하, 또는티타늄이 규소에 대해 중량비로 0.0005 배량 이상 0.0045 배량 이하로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라이머층이 형성된 유리 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층이 1nm∼10nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 프라이머층이 형성된 유리 기판.
- 제 1 항의 유리 기판의 프라이머층 상에 흡수성 또는 친수성을 띠는 수지피막이 형성된 김서림 방지성 물품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 수지피막의 수지가, 우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지, 올레핀 수지, 나일론 수지, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌, 염화비닐수지, 폴리 비닐알콜, 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 김서림 방지성 물품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수지피막의 수지가 우레탄 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 김서림 방지성 물품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수지피막의 수지가 이소시아네이트 반응성기를 갖는 계면활성제를 포함하는 원료로부터 얻어진 우레탄 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 김서림 방지성 물품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 김서림 방지성 물품이 적어도 흡수성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 김서림 방지성 물품.
- 제 3 항의 김서림 방지성 물품을 세정하는 방법에 있어서, 알칼리성 용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
- 제 1 항의 프라이머층을 얻기 위한 도포액에 있어서,알킬렌기를 포함하는 가수분해성 규소 화합물 또는 가수분해물, 가수분해성 지르코늄 화합물 또는 가수분해물, 또는 가수분해성 티타늄 화합물 또는 가수분해물을 포함하며, pH값이 2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 알킬렌기를 포함하는 가수분해성 규소 화합물이, 모노메틸실라놀, 디메틸실라놀, 트리메틸실라놀, 실라놀(테트라하이드록시실라놀), 모노에틸실라놀, 디에틸실라놀, 트리에틸실라놀, 모노프로필실라놀, 디프로필실라놀, 트리프로필실라놀, 트리이소프로필실라놀, 디페닐실란디올, 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란, 2-(3,4-에폭시클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란, 아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 및 N-페닐-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 알킬렌기를 포함하는 가수분해성 규소 화합물이 아미노프로필트리에톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 가수분해성 지르코늄 화합물이 옥시염화지르코늄, 질산지르코늄, 초산지르코늄, 및 알콕시드 화합물으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 가수분해성 지르코늄 화합물이 옥시염화지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 가수분해성 티타늄 화합물이 옥시염화티타늄, 질산티타늄, 초산티타늄, 및 알콕시드 화합물으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 가수분해성 티타늄 화합물이 옥시염화티타늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,제 9 항의 도포액은 용매를 더 포함하며, 규소 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물 또는 티타늄 화합물의 총량이 상기 용매에 대해 1.0중량%∼1.4중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 도포액.
