Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カートリッジから設定された用量が配分されて排出される薬剤排出装置に おいて、用量設定は協働する用量設定要素の相対位置を変えることによって行わ れ、排出はボタンがストップに当接するまで上記ボタンを押すことによってなさ れるものであり、上記用量設定は電子回路に読み込まれ、上記用量設定要素の互 いに他に対する上記用量設定運動は、上記用量設定の読み込みに従い上記回路に より制御される電気機械装置、例えば、モーターによって行われることを特徴と する薬剤排出装置。 2.上記電子回路はマイクロプロセッサを具備することを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の薬剤排出装置。 3.用量設定スイッチが設けられ、その操作によって上記用量設定が段階的に 増加するかまたは減少することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の薬 剤排出装置。 4.上記用量設定の制限は電子的に行われることを特徴とする請求項1、請求 項2または請求項3に記載の薬剤排出装置。 5.上記用量設定は、電子ディスプレイに示されるかまたは音声合成器によっ て読まれるかしてユーザーに対して電気的に知らせることを特徴とする請求項1 、請求項2、請求項3または請求項4に記載の薬剤排出装置。 6.上記用量設定要素の相対位置によって表される上記用量は、ユーザーに知 らされた上記用量と連続して比較され、上記モーターはこれらの要素が可能な相 違の均衡を保つように制御されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の薬剤排出装 置。 7.上記用量設定は上記モーターを作動し、上記ディスプレイの表示は上記モ ーターによって提供された上記用量設定要素の上記相対位置を記録することを特 徴とする請求項5に記載の薬剤排出装置。 8.上記ボタンは上記用量設定要素に連結されるため、上記ボタンは上記設定 された用量に対応した距離だけ、上記装置から上げられることを特徴とする請求 項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一つのものに記載の薬剤排出装置。 9.上記ボタンが定位置へ押されたときに作用されるスイッチが設けられるこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一つのものに記載の薬剤排出装 置。 10.カートリッジホルダの閉鎖または開口を検出するスイッチが設けられる ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一つのものに記載の薬剤排出 装置。 11.上記電子回路は、注射ボタンが押された定位置にあるときに上記カート リッジホルダが開口していることが検出されると上記モーターを作動して、上記 ピストンロッドが完全に収縮されるまでピストンの収縮方向に走らせるように、 プログラミングされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の薬剤排出装置。 12.上記注射ボタンが押された定位置にあるときに上記カートリッジホルダ が閉鎖していることが検出されると上記モーターを作動して、上記ピストンロッ ドがカートリッジ内のピストンに当接することを電力消費の上昇が示すまで、ピ ストンロッドの前進方向に走らせるように、プログラミングされることを特徴と する請求項11に記載の薬剤排出装置。 13.上記注射ボタンが押された定位置にあるときに上記モーターを作動し、 その電力消費が上記電子回路に格納された値に比較したときに空気ではなく液体 が注射針から押し出されることを示すまで、そのロッドの前進方向に走らせるエ アショットボタンが設けられることを特徴とする請求項11または請求項12に 記載の薬剤排出装置。 14.上記電子回路は、受信する信号をモニタし、許可されない信号を受信し たときにはユーザーに警告することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項13のいず れか一つのものに記載の薬剤排出装置。
