Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式1であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。 (式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり;R1、R2はH、C1-6アルキル、C1-6 アシル、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フェニル、または それぞれC1-6アルコキシ、C6アルキル、ヒドロキシによってもしくはハロゲン によって置換されたベンジルもしくはフェニルであり;かつ前記基に含まれるア ルキルおよびアシル基は直鎖基または枝分かれ基であり、ならびにYおよびZは 同一でも異なってもいてもよく、各々水素、ハロゲン、プソイドハロゲン、OH 、O−(C1-6)アシル、O−(C1-6)アルキルもしくはO−ベンゾイルを表す か、または一緒になってエポキシ基のO原子もしくはC=C二重結合のC−C結 合の1つを形成し、エポチロンAおよびBを除く。) 2.式2であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。 (式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり;R1、R2、R3はH、C1-6アルキル、 C1-6アシル、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フェニル、ま たはそれぞれC1-6アルコキシ、C6アルキル、ヒドロキシによってもしくはハロ ゲンによって置換されたベンジルもしくはフェニルであり;前記基に含まれるア ルキルおよびアシル基は直鎖基または枝分かれ基であり;ならびにYおよびZは 請求項1で定義されたのと同義である。) 3.式3であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。 (式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり;R1、R2はH、C1-6アルキル、C1-6 アシル、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フェニル、または それぞれC1-6アルコキシ、C6ア ルキル、ヒドロキシによってもしくはハロゲンによって置換されたベンジルもし くはフェニルであり;前記基に含まれるアルキルおよびアシル基は直鎖基または 枝分かれ基であり、ならびにXは一般に−C(O)−、−C(S)−、−S(O )−、CR1R2−または−SiR2−をあらわし、ここでR、R1およびR2は前 記定義と同義であり、またR1およびR2は一緒になって炭素原子2〜6個を有す るアルキレン基を形成してもよく;ならびにYおよびZは請求項1で定義された のと同義である。) 4.式4であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。(式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり;R1、R2、R3、R4、R5はH、C1-6 アルキル、C1-6アシル、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フ ェニル、またはそれぞれC1-6アルコキシ、C6アルキル、ヒドロキシによっても しくはハロゲンによって置換されたベンジルもしくはフェニルであり;前記基に 含まれるアルキルおよびアシル基は直鎖基または枝分かれ基であり、Xは酸素、 NOR3、N−NR4R5またはN−NHCONR4R5をあらわし、ここで基R3〜 R5は前記定義と同義であり、またR4およびR5は一緒になって炭素原子2〜6 個を有するアルキレ ン基を形成してもよく;ならびにYおよびZは請求項1で定義されたのと同義で ある。) 5.式5であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。 (式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり;R1、R2はH、C1-6アルキル、C1-6 アシル、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フェニル、または それぞれC1-6アルコキシ、C6アルキル、ヒドロキシによってもしくはハロゲン によって置換されたベンジルもしくはフェニルであり;前記基に含まれるアルキ ルおよびアシル基は直鎖基または枝分かれ基であり、ならびにXは水素、C1-18 アルキル、C1-18アシル、ベンジル、ベンゾイルまたはシンナモイルをあらわし 、ならびにYおよびZは請求項1で定義されたのと同義である。) 6.式6であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。 (式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり、R1はH、C1-6アルキル、C1-6アシル 、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フェニル、またはそれぞ れC1-6アルコキシ、C6アルキル、ヒドロキシによってもしくはハロゲンによっ て置換されたベンジルもしくはフェニルであり;前記基に含まれるアルキルおよ びアシル基は直鎖基または枝分かれ基であり;ならびにYおよびZは請求項1で 定義されたのと同義である。) 7.式7であらわされるエポチロン誘導体。 (式中、RはH、C1-4アルキルであり、R1、R2、R3、R4はH、C1-6アルキ ル、C1-6アシル、ベンゾイル、C1-4トリアルキルシリル、ベンジル、フェニル 、またはそれぞれC1-6アルコ キシ、C6アルキル、ヒドロキシによってもしくはハロゲンによって置換された ベンジルもしくはフェニルであり;前記基に含まれるアルキルおよびアシル基は 直鎖基または枝分かれ基であり;ならびにYおよびZは請求項1で定義されたの と同義である。) 8.エポチロンA、エポチロンB、それらの3−OH−保護誘導体またはそれら の7−OH−保護誘導体を (a)酵素的に、特にエステラーゼまたはリパーゼで加水分解するか、または (b)アルカリ性媒質中で、特にメタノール/水混合物中で水酸化ナトリウムで 加水分解し、そして 式7のエポチロン誘導体を生成し、分離することを特徴とする請求項7記載の式 7のエポチロン誘導体の製造方法。 9.請求項7記載の式7であらわされるエポチロン誘導体または請求項8記載の 製造方法による生成物の形でのエポチロン誘導体を、 (a)ヤマグチ法によって、または (b)コリー法によって、または (c)ケログ法によって 変換して式1のエポチロン誘導体を生成させ、そしてその変換生成物を分離する ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の式1のエポチロン誘導体の製造方法。 10.エポチロンCを、特にジメチルジオキシランでまたは過酸でエポキシ化す ることを特徴とするエポチロンAおよび/または12,13−ビスエピ−エポチ ロンAの製造方法。 11.エポチロンDを、特にジメチルジオキシランでまたは過酸でエポキシ化す ることを特徴とするエポチロンBおよび/または12 ,13−ビスエピ−エポチロンBの製造方法。 12.前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の化合物の1つ以上からなるか、またはこ れらの化合物の1つ以上と通常の担体および/または希釈剤の1種以上との組み 合わせからなる農林業および/または園芸における植物保護用組成物。 13.請求項1〜7の1つ以上に記載の化合物の1つ以上からなるか、または請 求項1〜7の1つ以上に記載の化合物の1つ以上と通常の担体および/または希 釈剤の1種類以上との組み合わせからなる、特に細胞増殖抑制剤として使用する ための治療学的組成物。
