Abstract

A találmány itrakonazolt tartalmazó új, kisméretű pelletekre, ezekneka pelleteknek az előállítási eljárására, továbbá olyan orálisadagolási formákra vonatkozik, amelyek e pelletek gyógyászatiszempontból hatásos mennyiségét tartalmazzák. A találmány előnye, hogy lehetővé teszi itrakonazolt tartalmazó,olyan adagolási formák megvalósítását, amelyek útján egy gombaellenesfertőzésben szenvedő beteg számára az itrakonazol naponta egyszeradagolható. Ennek alapján a találmány tárgyát képezi egy olyan pellet,amely (a) központi, lekerekített vagy gömb alakú magrészt, (b) vízbenoldható polimerből és gombaellenes hatóanyagból álló filmbevonatot és(c) polimer záróbevonat-réteget tartalmaz, ahol a magrész átmérőjekörülbelül 250 mm-től körülbelül 600 mm-ig terjed. A találmány előnyeabban áll, hogy a beteg számára akár kapszulában, akár tablettábannaponta egyszer adható az itrakonazol hatásos mennyisége; kétszeriadagolás nem szükséges. Ó
