Abstract

A találmány tárgya rétegezett alakú hatóanyagtapasz, amely hordozót,egyetlen polimerből, E-vitaminból vagy E-- vitamin származékából állómátrixot, valamint legalább egy, Parkinson-kór kezelésére szolgálóhatóanyagot tartal- maz, ahol a polimer egy akrilátalapúkopolimerizátum; és az akrilátalapú polimer legalább 50 százalékalkil-akrilát-- monomerből – a (2-etil-hexil)-akrilátot beleértve – ésadott esetben akrilsavval kopolimerizált akrilátmonomerből áll. Atapasz hatóanyagként selegelinsókat, selegelinbázisokat, bromokriptintvagy lizuridot tartalmaz. A tapasz E-vitamin-tartalma megakadályozza ahatóanyag kikristályosodását, mivel a hatóanyag oldhatóságát aragasztószer jellegű mátrixban növeli. Ezzel lehetővé válik a telítésikoncentrációt meghaladó koncentráció kialakulása a bőrfelületen, s ezmegkönnyíti (gyorsítja) a hatóanyag áthatolását a bőrön. ŕ

Claims (9)

  1. SZABADALMI IGÉNYPONTOK
    1. Rétegezett szerkezetű hatóanyagtapasz, amely hordozót, egyetlen polimerből, E-vitaminból vagy E- 45 vitamin származékából álló mátrixot, valamint legalább egy, Parkinson-kór kezelésére szolgáló hatóanyagot tartalmaz, azzal jellemezve, hogy
    - a polimer akrilátalapú kopolimerizátum; és
    - az akrilátalapú polimer legalább 50 százalék al- 50 kil-akrilát-monomerből - a (2-etil-hexil)-akrilátot beleértve - és adott esetben akrilsavval kopolimerizált akrilátmonomerből áll.
  2. 2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy hatóanyagként selegelinsókat, selege- 55 linbázisokat, bromokriptint vagy lizuridot tartalmaz.
  3. 3. Az 1. vagy 2. igénypont szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy a hatóanyagot vagy legalább az egyik hatóanyagot olyan koncentrációban tartalmazza, hogy a tapasz bőrre vitele után a ható- 60 anyagnak vagy legalább az egyik hatóanyagnak a telítési koncentrációjánál nagyobb koncentrációja alakul ki.
  4. 4. A 3. igénypont szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy a hatóanyagot vagy legalább az egyik hatóanyagot olyan koncentrációban tartalmazza, amely a hatóanyagtapasz tárolási állapotában a telítési koncentrációt megközelíti.
  5. 5. A 3. vagy 4. igénypont szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzaljellemezve, hogy felvitele után a telítési koncentrációt 5-100 százalékkal, különösen 20-80 százalékkal meghaladó koncentráció alakul ki.
  6. 6. Az 1-5. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy a hordozó vizet és vízgőzt korlátozottan áteresztő, vagy egyáltalán át nem eresztő fólia alakjában van.
  7. 7. Az 1-6. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy E-vitamin-származékként alfa-tokoferolt, alfa-tokoferol-acetátot, alfa-to8
    HU 223 042 Bl koferol-szukcinátot és/vagy alfa-tokoferol-nikotinátot tartalmaz.
  8. 8. Az 1-7. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy az E-vitamint és/vagy az E-vitamin származékát a mátrix tömegére vo- 5 natkoztatva 0,5-20 tömegszázalék, különösen 1-10 tömegszázalék mennyiségben tartalmazza.
  9. 9. Az 1-8. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti hatóanyagtapasz, azzal jellemezve, hogy elfogadható tapaszmérete mintegy 200 cm2-ig terjed, s ahol az E-vitaminés/vagy E-vitaminszármazék-tartalom beállítása útján a hatóanyag vérkoncentrációja egy terápiásán kívánt vérkoncentráció értékét megközelíti.
