Claims (22)
1. Fluidni centripetalni uređaj (1) za ispitivanje komponenti biološkog materijala u fluidu, navedeni fluidni centripetalni uređaj (1) sadrži:
oblik prilagođen za prihvaćanje unutar rotirajućeg držača (2);
sloj fluidne komponente (3) koja ima fluidna svojstva na barem prednjoj strani, navedena fluidna svojstva uključuju:
kanal za ulaz fluida (401);
retencijsku komoru (403) za primanje navedenog fluida, navedena retencijska komora je spojena na navedeni kanal za ulaz fluida (401) za primanje fluida iz navedenog kanala za ulaz fluida;
spremnik (409) koji se u cijelosti nalazi u navedenoj retencijskoj komori (403), navedeni spremnik sadrži tekući razrjeđivač (410), navedeni spremnik nadalje sadrži prvi osjetljivi materijal s promjenom faze za oslobađanje navedenog razrjeđivača unutar retencijske komore; i
sloj donje komponente (4) vezan na navedeni sloj fluidne komponente (3), te sloj fluidne komponente i sloj donje komponente stvaraju fluidnu mrežu za cirkuliranje navedenog fluida, navedeni fluid struji kroz navedenu fluidnu mrežu pod centripetalnom silom.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedeni prvi materijal s promjenom faze materijal koji podnosi toplinu koji ispušta navedeni razrjeđivač na određenoj temperaturi.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što navedena retencijska komora (403) obuhvaća spremnik za odvajanje strujanja (406), pri čemu je navedeni spremnik za odvajanje strujanja (406) smješten na vanjskoj strani navedene retencijske komore (403) između kanala za ulaz fluida (401) i unutrašnjosti retencijske komore (403), navedeni spremnik za odvajanje strujanja (406) prekida fluidnu vezu između kanala za ulaz fluida (401) i retencijske komore (403).
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što navedena retencijska komora (403) sadrži spremnik za odvajanje strujanja (406) smješten na vanjskoj strani navedene retencijske komore (403), te spremnik za odvajanje strujanja sadrži osušeni reagens (408).
5. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je reagens (408) izoliran od unutrašnjosti retencijske komore (403) drugim osjetljivim materijalom s promjenom faze, pri čemu je navedeni drugi osjetljivi materijal s promjenom faze poželjno materijal koji podnosi toplinu koji ispušta navedeni reagens na određenoj temperaturi.
6. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 ili 5, naznačen time što navedeni spremnik za odvajanje strujanja (406) uključuje osušeni reagens.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedena retencijska komora (403) ima razvodni otvor (405) za navedenu retencijsku komoru (403), navedeni razvodni otvor je smješten na vanjskoj strani navedene retencijske komore, navedeni razvodni otvor je spojen na kanal za distribuciju (604) na unutrašnjoj strani navedenog kanala za distribuciju na prvom kraju navedenog kanala za distribuciju, navedeni kanal za distribuciju ima najmanje jednu kivetu (602) predviđenu na vanjskoj strani navedenog kanala za distribuciju.
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što navedena najmanje jedna od navedenih kiveta (602) uključuje najmanje jedno od osušenog reagensa (607) i treći materijal s promjenom faze (608), pri čemu je navedeni treći materijal s promjenom faze poželjno materijal koji podnosi toplinu koji ispušta navedeni reagens na određenoj temperaturi.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7 ili 8, naznačen time što je navedena kiveta (602) prilagođena da se optički traži najmanje jedan parametar, pri čemu je navedeni parametar fluorescencija, apsorbancija, i kolorimetrija.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time što navedeni kanal za distribuciju (604) uključuje komoru za otpad (605) na drugom kraju navedenog kanala za distribuciju.
11. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što navedena komora za otpad (605) uključuje materijal s promjenom faze (612).
12. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time što su navedeni kanal za distribuciju (604), navedena najmanje jedna kiveta (602) i navedena komora za otpad (605) predviđeni na dijelu navedenog sloja fluidne komponente (3) koji se proteže izvan vanjskog ruba navedenog rotirajućeg držača (2).
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni sloj fluidne komponente (3) sadrži najmanje dva različita dijela kojima se može kontrolirati temperatura.
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je navedeni spremnik (409) prilagođen za održavanje navedenog tekućeg razrjeđivača (410) u navedenom spremniku i za oslobađanje navedenog tekućeg razrjeđivača (410) u navedenu retencijsku komoru (403) nakon primjene vanjske sile na navedeni spremnik (409), pri čemu je navedena vanjska sila mehanička, električna, elektromagnetska, toplinska, udarna i zvučna sila, omogućavajući tako fluidnu vezu između navedenog tekućeg razrjeđivača i navedenog fluida u navedenoj retencijskoj komori.
15. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni uređaj nadalje sadrži komoru koja se može puniti na dnu (315), pri čemu je navedena komora koja se može puniti na dnu spojena s navedenim ulaznim kanalom (401) za punjenje fluida u retencijsku komoru (403) .
16. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži spremnik (5) za punjenje fluida koji sadrži navedeni biološki materijal.
17. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 15, naznačen time što navedena komora koja se može puniti na dnu sadrži najmanje jedan element koji se može prenositi koji se premješta unutar navedene komore koja se može puniti na dnu kao odgovor na vanjsko promjenjivo magnetsko polje.
18. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 15 ili 16, naznačen time što komora koja se može puniti na dnu sadrži najmanje jedan objekt koji ne reagira na promjenjivo magnetsko polje i pri čemu je navedeni objekt najmanje jedan od kuglica, zeolita, čestica, čestica za filtraciju, staklenih kuglica, cirkonijevog zrnca, smole, zrnca i suspenzije smole.
19. Ispitni uređaj (1000) koji koristi fluidni centripetalni uređaj (1) za ispitivanje komponenti biološkog materijala u fluidu, te uređaj sadrži:
najmanje jedan navedeni fluidni centripetalni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 18;
sklop rotora (1003);
držač (2) za primanje navedenog najmanje jednog navedenog fluidnog centripetalnog uređaja (1) pomoću navedenog sloja fluidne komponente, pri čemu je navedeni držač povezan s navedenim rotorom;
motor (1005) za rotiranje navedenog sklopa rotora;
regulator brzine (1008) za navedeni motor za upravljanje najmanje jednim od trajanja i brzine vrtnje navedenog sklopa rotora;
podsustav za upravljanje temperaturom (2000) radi kontrole temperature barem dijela navedenog mikro fluidnog centripetalnog uređaja;
podsustav za otkrivanje (1009) za otkrivanje karakteristika navedenog fluida; i
korisničko sučelje (1006) za primanje korisničke naredbe i za slanje naredbe najmanje jednom od navedenog regulatora brzine, navedenog podsustava za upravljanje temperaturom, navedenog podsustava za pobudu i navedenog podsustava za otkrivanje.
20. Postupak ispitivanja koji koristi fluidni centripetalni uređaj za ispitivanje komponenti biološkog materijala u fluidu, te postupak obuhvaća:
osiguravanje ispitnog uređaja (1000) s najmanje jednim navedenim fluidnim centripetalnim uređajem kako je zatraženo u zahtjevu 19;
osiguravanje fluida s biološkim materijalom;
punjenje navedenog fluida u navedeni spremnik za punjenje navedenog fluidnog centripetalnog uređaja;
postavljanje navedenog fluidnog centripetalnog uređaja u navedeni držač (2) navedenog ispitnog uređaja;
pružanje korisničke naredbe za započinjanje testne sekvence;
rotiranje navedenog sklopa rotora pri prvoj brzini radi prijenosa navedenog fluida iz navedenog spremnika za punjenje u navedenu komoru koja se može puniti na dnu.
21. Postupak ispitivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 20, naznačen time što je fluid odabran iz skupine koja sadrži krv, nazalnu faringealnu aspiraciju, oralnu tekućinu, tekućinu resuspendiranu iz oralnog brisa, tekućinu resuspendiranu iz brisa za nos, tekućinu resuspendiranu iz analnog brisa, tekućinu resuspendiranu iz vaginalnog brisa, slinu i urin.
22. Postupak ispitivanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 20 ili 21, naznačen time što je za ispitivanje najmanje jedne komponente odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od, iona, šećera, metabolita, iona, šećera, metabolita, masnih.
