Lijekovi naznačeni time da sadrže barem jedan supstituirani nikotinamid prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, svaki u obliku jednog stereoizomera ili njihove smjese, slobodnih spojeva i/ili njihovih fiziološki kompatibilnih soli, kao i mogućih pogodnih aditiva i/ili pomoćnih sredstava i/ili mogućih dodatnih aktivnih tvari.
13. Uporaba barem jednog supstituiranog nikotinamida prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, svakog u obliku jednog stereoizomera ili njihove smjese, slobodnog spoja i/ili njegovih fiziološki kompatibilnih soli, naznačena time da je za proizvodnju lijeka za liječenje boli, epilepsije, poremećaja anksioznosti, ovisnosti, manije, bipolarnih poremećaja, migrene, kognitivnih bolesti, diskinezije povezane s distonijom i/ili urinarne inkontinencije.
14. Supstituirani nikotinamid prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, svaki u obliku jednog stereoizomera ili njihove smjese, slobodnog spoja i/ili njegovih fiziološki kompatibilnih soli, naznačen time da je za liječenje boli, epilepsije, poremećaja anksioznosti, ovisnosti, manije, bipolarnih poremećaja, migrene, kognitivnih bolesti, diskinezije povezane s distonijom i/ili urinarne inkontinencije.
