964,597. Endless conveyers. STAMICARBON N.V. June 5, 1961 [June 16, 1960], No. 20243/61. Heading B8A. A baffle 14 causes the break up of caked material 21 being delivered by a slat conveyer 2 to a belt conveyer 17. The inner edge of the baffle 14 is spaced at 15 from the surface of the slats of the conveyer 2. The outer edge of the baffle 14 is serrated at 18 and formed with teeth 19. Shear pins or spring-loaded balls 16 permit the baffle 14 to be deflected by overload.
