Abstract

642,382. Scaffolding &c. KWIKFORM, Ltd. Nov. 4, 1947, No. 29355. [Class 20(ii)] A scaffold clamp is permanently secured as by welding a plate 15 to a scaffold tube 11 and carries a screw 17 having a pressure plate 19 engaging another scaffold tube 12. The plate 19 is forked at 20 to engage the plate 15 to prevent rotation and may be mounted by means of a ball joint. A guard rail is shown mounted on supports spigoted to the tops of the scaffold uprights. Specifications 570,678, 574,457 and 642,367 are referred to.
