551,167. Plate heat-exchangers. AKTIEBOLAGET SEPARATOR. Aug. 8, 1941, No. 10094. Convention date, Aug. 8, 1940. [Class 64 (iii)] Plates with curved or rectangular depressions 3 are so arranged side by side as to form a number of chambers 5 connected by narrow passages 7, the cross section change between each passage and a chamber being made abrupt to prevent venturi action in the chamber.
