537,563. Bituminous compositions. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHEP DE. BATAAFSCHE PETROLEUM MAATSCHAPPIJ. March 8, 1940, No. 4360. Convention date, March 20, 1939. [Classes 22 and 70] Bituminous materials comprise a mixture of asphaltic bitumens having low temperaturesusceptibility, a penetration, at 25‹C. exceeding 50 and a "penetration index" above +7. with mineral and/or non-mineral fillers. Blown asphaltic bitumen mixed at 240‹C. with 25 per cent. of a Pennsylvanian oil with 10 per cent. cement, or with marl, barytes, mica, microasbestos, asbestos powder, cork powder, or vegetable or animal fibres may be used. After cooling 2 per cent. of kerosene may be added.
