Abstract

485,715. Sack holders. SIMS, W. H. July 8, 1937, No. 18947. [Class 58] [Also in Group XIV] A holding unit consists of a pair of braced triangular members 10 connected by a bar 12 and having upstanding supports 13 on which an annular member 16 is pivoted : another annular member co-operates with the member 16 to hold the sack as described in Specification 456,352. The member 16 may be adjusted to and supported at any desired angle on the members 10. The members 10 are provided with rearwardly projecting claws 15 that are adapted to engage at a desired height in holes 21 in the vertical members of a frame or stand 20. The frame may be provided with hooks for hanging on the side of a vehicle.
