[Class 18.] A device for holding a roll of wallpaper to facilitate hand-trimming thereof, consists of a base A provided with pillars B supporting a roller C, and a rod E which is pivoted on one pillar and engages a slot in the other pillar. The roll is placed on the rod, and the end is passed under the roller and brought forward into position for trimming. The rod has a flange F, and a locking-screw D is provided for the roller.
