444,503. Flooring and facing tiles. TRUSSED CONCRETE STEEL CO., Ltd., and GREEN, D. H., Thames House, Millbank, London. Nov. 16, 1934, No. 33081. [Class 87 (i)] A compound tile or slab is made by applying a facing of cementitious material c to a preformed concrete slab a provided with keying holes b from back to front. The concrete slab a is of slightly smaller dimensions than the finished tile and is placed on the plastic cementitious material in the mould ; the material c partly fills the holes b and also forms a rebate f all round the tile.
