[Class 135] In a vehicle shock-absorber according to the parent Specification in which the stem 25 of the return or relief valve 13 is provided with lateral orifices 27 and associated grooves 28 leading downwards from the valve plate 24, the auxiliary orifices are made of parabolic cross - section and the grooves 28 terminate at the apices of the parabolas.
