Abstract

386,366. Sack holders. HENDERSON, W., Millhouse, Baldernock, near Milngavie, Dumbartonshire. Sept. 22, 1931, Nos. 26424 and 32752. [Class 58,] The mouth of the sack is held between a, tapered and flanged ring G and the edges of a corresponding opening F in a plate E carried at the top of a frame A fitted with strengthening bars B. The ring G is hinged to the plate E and is fitted with a spring stopper to maintain it upright while a bag is being attached or detached. The tapered sides of the ring are covered with rubber. In a modification the plate E is carried by a bracket provided with a clip adapted to engage a flat bar or angleiron, the frame A being dispensed with. A spring clamping device holds the ring in. operative position.
