357,372. Three-colour cameras. RECKMEIER, E., 128, Wilhelmstrasse, Berlin. Sept. 25, 1930, No. 28676. Convention date, Sept. 27, 1929. [Class 97 (i).] In a camera for three - colour photography of the type in which the light from the objective is divided by partially transmitting reflectors, to fall on three photographic plates behind colour filters, a pellicle mirror and a partially reflecting glass plate are used to divide the light. In the form shown the pellicle mirror 2 reflects light to a photographic plate a behind a blue-violet filter d and transmits light to the plate 3 which reflects part to a plate c behind a red filter e and transmits part to a plate b behind a green filter f. The pellicle mirror is formed by applying gelatine solution to a glass plate and peeling off the resulting thin layer which is then mounted in a frame 4. The plate 3 may be tinted to the complementary colour of the filter e to avoid the formation of double contours.
