336,143. Blacklock, A., (Representative of Blacklock, R.). Nov. 23, 1929. Watches, securing to wrist.-In wrist-watch straps comprising two members secured to two bows on the watch, and fastening together by a buckle or the like, in fastening each strap on a bow one thickness, of the strap is bent over to lie in a recess in the other, ensuring a flush surface where they interlock. The strap members a, b consist of two thicknesses of material 1. 2, joined together by stitching. The part 2 extends beyond the part 1 to form a tongue 2a having an enlarged end 2b. The part 1 is cut away to provide a recess of identical shape with the tongue 2a which is threaded through a bow 3 and fitted into the recess. It is maintained in position as by adhesive.
