Abstract
610,618. Watch straps. LE CONTE, A. April 11, 1946, No. 11190. Convention date, Aug. 13, 1943. [Class 43] A strap for a wrist watch or the like comprises two layers 1, 2 stitched together at 10 except at their outer ends 11, 12; one end 11 is looped round the bar 18 of the watch and the other 12, which is folded over the first loop, has a reduced part 17 terminating in a lug 16, the sides 16<1>, 16" of which engage longitudinal slots 15 in the first strip 11, the distance between the slots 15 corresponding to the width of the reduced part 17 of the strap 12. The layer 1, 11 which takes the pull of the watch may be of a stronger material than the layer 2, 12.
