Spindle apparatus. - An arrangement for carrying out the re-winding step of the process of the parent Specification comprises a centrifugal box b provided at its mouth with a smooth polished ring c, a stationary thread guide d, and a reciprocating thread guide e in association with the rewinding bobbin f. The box may be rotated or may be held stationary during the rewinding operation.
