Haymaking. - A side-delivery hay rake of the type described in Specification 23374/13 in which the rake bars are placed in advance of the road wheel of the machine and are carried between two eccentrically placed revolving spiders so as to have combined rotary and endwise movements across the path of the machine and in which the rake bare are extended beyond their points of support at the forward end but not at the rear end, the centre portions of the rake bars being removable for converting the rake for swath-turning, has the main rake bars formed without a cranked or raised up portion at their cenfre.
